Abstract:
Trafficking of human beings is one of the biggest crimes of our time and a violation of human rights in itself. Human beings are trafficked for purposes of forced labor, illegal employment, the entertainment industry, marriage forced and false, prostitution forced, etc. On the societal level trafficking manifests itself as a modern form of slavery, because usually victim’s servittet compared with users of prostitution. Human trafficking is a form of organized crime profitable, and is believed to be important because of the risk elects to low and the benefit is great; after drugs and arms trafficking and prostitution trade comes as a great benefit. The most common form of human trafficking is the trade in human beings for sexual exploitation purposes, or for purposes of forced prostitution. The most common victims of this form of trafficking are children and women, belonging to the most vulnerable social groups. Particularly interesting is the question of the relationship between human trafficking and prostitution legalization, if it comes to the legalization of prostitution. What would have the positive and negative effect on reducing the number of trafficked persons? There are many countries that have enforced laws on legalization of prostitution but this has not reduced the number of trafficked persons. The purpose of this paper is to show the relationship between prostitution and human trafficking, and provide analysis and conclusion that the legalization of prostitution affects trafficking.
