dc.description.abstract Basing on the fact that Kosovo is a new state (country), with relatively new institutions, our purpose is to give our contribution in studying and investigating the security risks from the Organized Crime and Terrorism, especially focusing on Security System in Kosovo. This study may be useful to many of us, because we tried to do this, studying the potential risks toward Kosovo. In the findings of this study, you will see treated issues that are current in Kosovo nowadays. We say this, basing on the fact that, today, also in developed countries, the number of crimes is increasingly growing, but this is more current in transition countries in which also Kosovo takes part. So, in this project, we tried to explain clearly the organized crime, the way it appears, and the danger it can bring, taking as an example our state Kosovo, and the risks that may occur (come) from corruption, trafficking the human beings, narcotics smuggling etc. But treating these issues, such as Terrorism, its forms and the security danger, we also will treat the strategies against these phenomena, and the history and function of the Security System in Kosovo, not leaving aside the institutions that are formed after the war. en_US
