“CONTROL FORMS OVER THE WORK OF THE KOSOVO POLICE”

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the subject of internal and external control forms that are conducted over the work of the Kosovo Police, as one of the most important forms of activity that administrative bodies conduct.The elaboration of this theme has a special significance in scientific and theoretical terms, because this field of administration requires more legal and empirical researches.During the elaboration of this subject, the study will focus on how much internal and external control is conducted on the work of the Kosovo Police, and how does this supervision affect in enhancing the efficiency and overall performance of the governmental authority that conducts the state power.All these issues will be discussed by analyzing the problems and challenges that the the Kosovo Police faces in the conduct of its activity.Methods that will be used during this paper and research are: data collection, analysis methods, general scientific methods, inductive methods, heuristic and statistical methods, etc.With the help of these methods we will step into the structure of the problem in collecting accurate and relevant data, which enable us to describe, compare and argue the individual's achievements towards establishing new and general efforts for the forms of the internal and external control.As a result of such research, I expect to open new paths that will affect to increase the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the work of the Kosovo Police, aiming to address all the problems and challenges that the administration faces with the conduct of internal and external control case, recommendations are consistent, reasonable and justified to avoid such defects and problems.
