This study aims to give a clear description of the concepts and terms of motivation in Kosovo's Agricultural Institute. Taking the essence of literature and publications attempting are made to create a structure to guide a summary about the study. Study of human resources motivation has to do with nature and the regulation of the employment relation and is an area in which a variety of disciplines contribute, especially in the area of human resource management. A skilled staff, supervised and motivated is a prerequisite for the development and well functioning administrations of Human Resource Management in Kosovo’s Agricultural Institute. Motivation is a hypothetical construct that is used to explain behavior, it should not be equivalent. Employees are very different from each other and their personal objectives, or in other words what they want to achieve from their being and working in Kosovo's Agricultural Institute is diverse.It is the duty of the manager to identify and understand individual differences and help employees to meet all what they want from the Agricultural Institute of Kosovo. By means of this paper is to clarify how to identify requirements and classify some of them by unified analysis.Is unified analysis a measurement of these characteristics or attributes of products and services, how many accurate results does the unified analysis give according to the data about research.

Kosovo after the war in the years 98, 99 is faced with many challenges, where one of them is the management of educational institutions in Kosovo.
Rapid developments and global dimensions in the field of education, science and technology are directly related to the teaching process, in particular by improving and increasing the quality in this very important process. Meanwhile achievement of these objectives in educational institutions is closely related to the professional management of educational institutions.
State institutions, experts, teachers, parents, organizations and various professional associations of education, community, civil society, etc., have concentrated their professional commitment to contribute in forms and different ways in the preparation of a management capable and responsive for management of the educational institutions towards the realization of the aims of the relevant institution, its employees and society in general.
There are numerous researches, studied and developed multiple strategies, organizing meetings, seminars and conferences, scientific, guidance documents, manuals and numerous books have been published for teaching and the role of teachers and the students in this process with importance for the education of human society.
Man from the first steps of his development has had the profession of teaching. Parents and leaders of the first primitive society groups have implemented methods and techniques to teach children and young people to survey, to shot, to protect, to attack, to withdrawal and different work of interest to the group.
During the historical development of the human being, of nearly 50,000 years onwards, methodologies, techniques, materials and extremely precious experiences has been developed to dispose today a treasure, a large estate, which are being exploited in the application of different institutions management.
On the other hand, the development of scientific opinion of management theory occurs much later, from the 20s and 30s of the last century. It can be said that the management of educational institutions has started much earlier, with the opening of the first schools in the prehistoric ancient China and for the way of management differs to some extent from the management of business organizations or the states' administration. However, the process of teaching by teachers it can compare with the management of the manufacturing process in a factory or a business company.
Taking into consideration that management is increasingly taking the dimension of a universal science, general principles and experiences of management in industry and in various business organizations begin to apply even in educational institutions. In different countries of the world institutes and academies are opened for the education and training or training of managers and administrative staff in the administration of educational institutions to successfully manage the very complex teaching and learning process and the easier achievement of their objectives.
The establishment of academic and professional institutions for the education and training of managers of educational institutions has led many to raise the quality of work and the achievement of learning outcomes in general.
Management of education institutions in Kosovo is in very bad condition. Educational institutions managed by teachers who are unprepared in theoretical and pragmatic management of an educational institution. They do not know the concepts and basic principles of management. In the same situation are also other administrative workers.
If the success of an organization depends on its manager, then why does the success of a school not depend on the management skills of a director or educational institution rector. Then how is it possible that the management of an organization or company business, dealing with production of physical or administrative services, to engage experts to prepare, either in theoretical as well as in practice, while for the management of an education institution that has to do with building the mental, emotional and psycho-physical parts of human, engage teachers who are not prepared for the management of the educational institution.
The main witness in this area is very poor success and consequently the level of education and the practical skills of people who completed their education in educational institutions in Kosovo are relatively very low, excluding individual cases. Not paying attention to this very important component from the education policymakers earlier and facing the problems of this nature in our work during the management of the education system in Kosovo inspired us to treat this very important topic for the development of education and to all this development areas of life in Kosovo.
Taking into account the importance of education in society, we can say that there is no economic, cultural, scientific and technological development without quality education and there is no quality education without professional management of educational institutions.
For this to happen, they should state institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to put in priority the establishment of the Academy of Educational Administration of Kosovo or a similar institution, in which managers, directors and administrators of educational institutions of Kosovo will be educated and skilled in the future.

Teaching methods which teachers use and the type of classroom environment that a teacher creates and encourages, can either increase or decrease a student's ability to learn and feel comfortable as a member of the class despite of the specific needs someone might have, and to achieve the maximum of their potential capabilities.Inclusive education occurs when students with and without disabilities participate and learn together in the same class. Research shows that when a disabled child attending school together with their peers who do not have disabilities, good things happened.Inclusive education occurs when there is on-going advocacy, planning, support and commitment.
The classroom and the teaching methods environment should do as much as possible to foster cooperation, acceptance and learning. The teacher`s aim should be exactly the establishing of such an environment that is favourable for helping all students work cooperatively in order to learn. Classrooms which welcome all students with or without abilities encourage emotional well-being; create an atmosphere for emotional and learning development. A warm classroom environment can lead to increased achievement and a sense of belonging at school.
Knowing of students' characteristics such as readiness, interests and learning styles and teaching methods differentiation based on them are important issues that will be explained later in this paper. More precisely, this paper focuses on description of teaching and assessment methods differentiation and their effects which will help teachers to plan and create a classroom that welcomes and supports all students as well as increasing their skills and learning.

This paper is about the discussion of the application of unified analysis. Unified analysis is used to study the factors that affect in the decisions that consumers take to make purchases. Unified analysis is a statistical technique which is used in market research to determine how people assess various characteristics that make a product or service better than one product or another service. Marketing on the other hand deals with the identification of customer needs and the fulfillment of their desires and requirements, as well as finding the best ways for sending the product or service from the company to the consumer. Through this paper is clarified how to identify these requirements, how we classify some of them through the unified analysis, whether it is a measuring unified analysis of these characteristics or attributes of products and services, how and how much it provides accurate results of unified analysis of the survey data. For analyzing the attributes that products and services have and to know which of these are the most important of which push consumers to make a decision to purchase, in this paper for discussion is the concrete case "AAB University" which provides services, namely is to analyze why students choose to study in AAB. The reason for taking into consideration of this question is that "AAB University" since its establishment until now has been continuously growing the number of students. Through unified analysis is measured the students' opinion on the reasons for their choice of studies.

Abstract
In this research paper we will talk about small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that play a very important role in a country's economy, considering their importance in generating economic growth and employment. Further development of the SME sector with special focus on employment is important. This is because SMEs represent the overwhelming majority of private businesses operating in the country and easily adapt to market conditions, and are therefore the main source of employment generation. Currently, almost all enterprises in the Municipality of Obiliq belong to the category of small and medium enterprises. SMEs in the country account for 99.9% of registered businesses, most of them - about 96% are micro-enterprises with up to 9 workers - hence having the largest share of employment (82.9%) and value added to the country's economy (69.8%). For this reason, SMEs are important in terms of providing employment in the Obiliq municipality with four out of five employees in the non-financial business economy belong to the group employed in one SME and two out of five employees are employed in a micro-business.

After a long work, over a year, treating different materials from secondary resources and primary resources we can get concrete conclusions regarding the role of the department of human resources in bank, and also its impact in the development of the banking sector in our country. Master thesis is concretized in form of the important and exploratory project with the following title. The role of the human resources in the development of the bank- study case the NLB Prishtina bank. This paper approaches the research of a complex problem as it is the definition of the role of human resources in bank respectively in the department of human resources as a study case the NLB Prishtina bank. The methodology that is used in this research is the heuristic method. The research starts with the theoretical part where are included different theories of the management of human resources narrowing to the specific issues as it is the role and the impact of the human resources in NLB Prishtina bank. In this case the purpose of this research is to identify the role of human resources in bank. Empiric research is developed in that way that with questionnaires have been interviewed the general director of the human resources department in NLB Prishtina bank, and also the seven directors of the main centers of the NLB Prishtina bank, in the territory of the republic of Kosovo. The first part is provided from the literature and previous researches where is treated the issue of understanding, concepts, the role and importance of the management of human resources, also the process of the management of human resources has been treated. While the second part is provided through the research of the author which has been developed through the questionnaire that’s been directly submitted to the respondents. I think that the results of this study are a modest contribution regarding this wide field, as it is the management of human resources and they can help the managers of this bank (NLB Prishtina). We think that the results and arguments of this study, can and should be the subject of debates and further studies in this field. In conclusion of this research paper we can say that the journey that send us in a more effective use of methods of the management of human resources in the bank sector, are the conviction and the education of the leading managers of these bank branches, for the importance and necessity of this managerial function.

“FINANCIAL FACTORING”

This master thesis aims importance of product factoring in bank, respectively for the type of factoring financing.
Among the new forms of financing is factoring forms for the supply of the necessary tools through the sale of short-term requirements.
Factoring helps our clients in selling their products, especially when it comes to promotions of new or changed products in which case their clients are not confident in the success of the product.
Factoring represents a transfer request exporters to factoring companies that advance funds during export of goods of relatively small value or limited amount of export. The exporter is credited in the short term, until the rest of the remainder is left available when the buyer receives the goods by minimizing the interest and provision.
Once that has to do with short-term financing the aim of the factoring management is that every work or other activities carried out in a more successful and profitable way.
Management of factoring is usually involved in banking financial institutions.
Banks are financial institutions that in a global order deal with the trading money and money surrogates, with the sole purpose of their capital to complete in those segments and economic activities which bring maximizing profit and minimum risk.
In such cases the gaining of credit goes to the support factor (exporter).
Full factoring, but with higher provision may also include the following works: correspondence, cash flow, debt collection, market research etc. These are very important work specifically for exporting small economic entities, which in many cases and for many reasons, cannot do this work alone (accounting works).

This Master thesis’ purpose is to include a defined number of segments of the contemporary marketing, banking marketing and management to the commercial banks’ performances, in order that the commercial banks in the open market in free competition, be distinguished from others.
The concept of marketing from the etymological point of view, originates from the Anglo-Saxon origin. Consists of two words: market + ing, where market means market itself, meanwhile the ing suffix has several meanings such as process, action, way to profit.
Regarding to the marketing definitions, there were some different evolutions: for example The American Society for Marketing, has embezzled this definition: ‘’Marketing is a process that deals with business activities which head the streams of goods and services from the manufacturer to the consummator or user.’’
Meanwhile Philip Kotler gives this definition:’’Marketing means market business for processing the fulfillment of needs and wishes of people.
General review on the management and strategic planning to the Marketing is a series of activities which optimize production for the fulfillments of needs and requires of consummators, because the market with its mechanisms suggests on the production form, assortment, distribution, cost, , production, orders and behavior of consummators (of individuals, organizations and society).
So, marketing is a business activity, that has an impact on the regulating and defining production, in the exchange process with the only purpose of: fulfillment of needs and requests of consummators, and profit realization of the enterprise.
As a second component in the review of this theme is also the management and especially the strategic management along with the strategic planning which both make up the basic column of a successful banking business.
Banks, in the market economy conditions, companies (also banks) to concept and implement the long- term business politics, mid-term and short-term, which is going to be stable in the market along with competitive rivals, must compile and manage the strategy and its strategic planning.

The information in the digital era has become diverse and redundant. The individual in society gets hundreds and thousands of messages in different ways and channels of communication, but at the end of the day, they remember the most important ones. In modern times, the Internet era, the spread of diverse information has become an easy job. Different editors often share information with no public value, but with a private matter for the individual who shares it. Today, this is possible through the internet where individuals have their accounts on social networks. To possess a Facebook site today is like having personal media or having a newspaper. There are newspapers, which do not sell more than 500 pieces a day, while on the other hand, an overwhelming number of individuals have thousands of friends on Facebook, meaning that many individuals today manage personal media with a larger audience than a newspaper. Therefore, this means that the concept of media is transformed today.
It is another matter if all relevant information that circulates presents importance and interest for the individual. Today the information spreads in the new media without any cost, without any delay, and without any controlling filter for truthiness and ethics of that message. Another question that arises is from who are individuals informed today in our society in transition, what are they informed about, and what is the role of the media in this regard? Precisely these are the goals of the study "Information sources in Kosovo - traditional media vs. new media."
The study aims to address this untreated problem, although it has been a long time since individuals use the new media, while youth is the biggest consumer and spends a few hours a day there. The distinguish done in the traditional media and new media is more of a conventional distinguish, because these media in the Internet era find converging channels and day-to-day the traditional media adapt, transform, and survive, although individuals tend more after new media to a variety of reasons.

Komunikimi publik i pushtetit lokal është një pikë kyçe dhe mjaft e rëndësishëme në zhvillimin e politikave të vetë pushtetit. Zhvillimi i marrëdhënieve me publikun përveç kostos më të ulët që ofron në realizimin e qëllimit të politikës karshi qytetarëve, krijon edhe një afinitet dhe besim mes qytetarëve dhe politikës.
Ky hulumtim shtjellon dhe vë në pah rëndësinë që ka komunikimi në marrëdhëniet midis qytetarëve dhe pushtetit lokal të komunës së Fushë Kosovës, pra marrëdhënieve me publikun (PR-it të komunës). Informimi publik në një shoqëri demokratike është thelbi i vetë demokracisë së atij vendi.
Krijimi i një urë lidhëse ndërmjetë qytetarëve dhe pushtetit lokal të komunës së Fushë Kosovës përmes zyrës së komunikimit, publikimeve në rrjetet sociale, billbordeve dhe programeve mediatike ka arritur që te qytetarët të reflektojë si një pushtet transparent dhe i qasshëm për informacionet dhe kryetari i komunës së Fushë Kosovës z.Burim Berisha në vazhdimësi përçon mesazhe tek publiku me qëllim që të ushtrojë një komunikim politik, për t'i informuar ata, ndikuar, bindur dhe më pas për t'i nxitur për të vepruar. Ky veprim nënkupton që në kohë zgjedhjesh qytetari të zgjedhë atë individ apo parti. Pra, një komunikim i pastër politik me qëllim të rritjes së imazhit të individit dhe organizatës politike që e drejton komunën.
Ky lloj komunikimi mund të jetë i drejtpërdrejt ku përfshihen takimet, bisedimet me palët, tubimet e ndryshme pjesëmarrja në evenimente etj, dhe përmes kanaleve të komunikimit masiv, mediave.
Të gjitha këto komunikime kanë për qëllim të informojnë publikun për punët dhe angazhimet e komunës me qëllim të ndikimit , duke përdorur strategji dhe kanale të ndryshme komunikimi.
Në këtë hulumtim janë shfrytëzuar instrumente dhe rrugë që na sjellin rezultate të qëndrueshme të verifikuara. Janë përdorur metodat e kombinuara ajo kualitative dhe ajo kuantitative. Nëpërmjet metodës kualitative, ne kemi realizuar intervista të thella sociologjike me zëdhënësin e komunës, kryetarin, si dhe janë mbikëqyrur brenda periudhës gjashtë mujore (1 janar- 30 qershor 2017) të gjitha postimet e bëra në web faqen e komunës. Kemi monitororuar publikimet e komunës së Fushë Kosovës në media të ndryshme. Gjithashtu kemi monitoruar edhe faqen e Facebook-ut të komunës, duke parë se çfarë postimesh bëhen aty, duke i bërë analizën e përmbajtjes së postimeve, si kombinohet teksti-fotoja, videoja në këto postime.
Gjithashtu kemi analizuar se cilat janë reagimet e publikut/qytetarëve në këto postime,saështë përqindja e miratimit apo pëlqimit e shpërndarjes (share)etj.
Ndërsa për të parë se cili ëshë efekti i strategjive të ndryshme informuese dhe komunikuese të komunës, nëpërmjet metodës kuantitative kemi realizuar pyetësorët ku kemi anketuar rreth 200 qytetarë të komunës së Fushë Kosovës të moshave dhe vendbanimeve të ndryshme me të drejtë vote, ku kemi mbledhur të dhënat të cilat i japin përgjigjje një pjese të këtij raporti të komunikimit. Kjo ka të bëjë me vërtetimin e hipotezes kryesore se individët “aktiv” në shoqëri apo në mjediset e tyre mikrosociale ku liderët (lokal) të opinionit kanë më shumë ndikim sesa informacioni që e marrin qytetarët nga mediat dhe të cilat informacione kanë të bëjnë me çështjet komunale.
Qëllimi i punimit është që në të ardhmen të jetë nje kontribut studimor rreth kanaleve të komunikimit mes institucioneve lokale dhe publikut, me qëllim që të promovohen praktika sa më të mira të realizimit të komunikimit mes të dyja palëve.
Gjithashtu ky punim synon që të identifikohen dhe vlersohen në mënyrë kritike format dhe përmbajtja e mesazheve që jepen nga zyrtarë të kësaj komune karshi qytetarëve. Qëllimi i hulumtimi është po ashtu të ndihmoj edhe komunat e tjera rreth komunikimit me qytetarë, pra të shërbejë edhe si bazë për komunikim për organizatat dhe individët e tjerë që kanë përgjegjësi ndaj atyre që përfaqësojnë.
Ky studim është i ndarë në kapituj, ku si tërsi përmbanë gjithsej pesë të tillë.Në kapitullin I shpjegohen nocionet shkencore nga studiues të ndryshëm që flasin për një komunikim të tillë. Gjithashtu bazuar në referenca apo kërkimeve bibliografike, bëhet një shqyrtim i hollësishëm i punimit rreth komunikimit politik dhe akterëve të komunikimit. Në këtë kapitull flasim pse është kaq i rëndësishëm komunikimi mes qytetarëve dhe përfaqësuesve të tyre si dhe pse synojnë organizatat, e në këtë rast komuna të ketë një komunikim të drejtpërdrejt me qytetarët e saj?
Kapitulli II është i fokusuar në shpjegimin e marrëdhënieve politike si dhe flet rreth realizimit të tyre edhe në praktikë. Në këtë kapitull jepen shpjegime edhe rreth menaxhimit të informacionit publik, gjithashtu kemi përmendur edhe propagandën që jo rrallëherë është pjesë e informacioneve drejtuar qytetarëve. Pjesë e këtji kapitulli është edhe tema për liderin (lokal) të opinionit.
Kapitulli III i kushtohet pjesës së komunikimit të realizuar përmes kanaleve të ndryshme të komunikimit. Jemi ndalur te komunikimi strategjik i komunës me qytetarë, gjithashtu edhe tek komunikimi mediatik i pushtetit lokal të komunës së Fushë Kosovës. Jemi përqëndruar kryesisht edhe tek rrjetet sociale me theks të vaçantë tek facebook-u i komunës së Fushë Kosovës, ku kemi përcjellë dhe analizuar postimet e bëra p.sh cilave ngjarje iu është dhënë përparësi më shumë për promovim në këtë rrjet social,pastaj kemi shikuar edhe rreth numrit të pjesëtarëve që janë anëtarë në këtë faqe (friends), numri i pëlqimeve (like),etj. I gjithë hulumtimi rreth rrjetit social facebook të komunës është bërë gjatë një periudhe kohore janar – qershor 2017.
Në kapitull e IV shpjegohen të gjeturave nga hulumtimi përmes pyetësorëve të cilët u janë drejtuar qytetarëve të komunës së Fushë Kosovës, të të dyja gjinive, moshave të ndryshme me të drejtë vote, komuniteteve të ndryshme si dhe banuesve të zonave të ndryshme të komunës së Fushë Kosovës.
Ndërsa kapitulli i V dhe i fundit i këtij studimi, përfshinë pjesën përmbyllëse të studimit, pra përfundimin e tij. Gjithashtu edhe rekomandimet të cilat kanë dalë nga ky studim me qëllim qët’i shërbejnë edhe pushtetit lokal në të ardhmen për gjetjet në terren lidhur me peshën që ka komunikimi për realizimin e dyanëshëm ndërmjet pushtetit lokal dhe qytetarëve të komunës së Fushë Kosovës.

Possession or more exactly the property right is one of the oldest problems known by history, from when the mankind evoluted, this element was a discussion issue, component of each society, very often an element ofraisingdifferent social problems.
The property right isa juridical field,which through many different lawswhether they’re in our country or any other country where can be discusseda defined issue,is chosen and guaranteed by the laj, so we can fully say that this right is protected with laws and constitution of a country.
Also in our country, the property right is guaranteed with the Constitution protected with the approved laws and according to the defined right for the protection of defined laws, so the property rightis protected with a special law even in Kosovo, laws that we will seeduring this paper work.

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the use of technology affects the concentration and attention of students in learning, how it reflects on their performance in school and their achievements. Facing with many different studies showing the impact of excessive computer games or watching television has resulted in detrimental effect during the performance in school, while growing success in learning at school, whereas in other studies research have reached in conclusion that the use of different video games to children has resulted in the establishment of the rapid rate of reaction and eye-hand coordination, motor developing and removing the many problems in this area.
The idea to research on how it affects the impact of these items to children in Kosovo, and the method of exercising this influence, is the purpose of this research.
The sample used in this study consists of 275 respondents, the selection of which is done at random to students of six schools in the Municipality of Prishtina. The research contains the quantitative method - where data are collected through the application of questionnaires with adolescents aged 13-14 years. The results of this research show that students who use more technology lack of attention in teaching activity and lack of concentration to learning lessons, while their success in school partly lacks.

With the help of Social Media English teachers in Kosovo also are attending many courses online and this is helping them to get in touch with the techniques and methods that the teachers of English language all over the world are using to have an interesting and effective teaching. Social Media is considered to be a great source of materials which teachers may adapt in their English classes. Teaching with Social Media is a modern way of teaching that is one of the most preferred learning styles by the teenagers. Social Media has great features which may be very useful for the English teachers. If they would include it in the process of English teaching, the teaching and learning of English would be easier, colorful, interesting, and unlimited. These are the main reasons which awoke up my curiosity, I think that the English teachers in should always shape their ways of teaching English, they should always be aware on how is English taught by the English teacher worldwide and they should have the opportunity to adapt the most appropriate methods and techniques which are successful. The use of Social Media and the benefits that this offers could help them to stay fresh and professional, productive and effective, so the teaching of English would be never bored.

Audio materials play an important role in the development of students when learning a second language; therefore, this study is focused on the use of audio materials for the purpose of teaching in order to develop the listening skills of students. This ability is considered as the most important held in English language learning, and audio materials are considered as one of the best techniques for exercise and improving the ability of listening, especially with students. This paper describes the theoretical and practical framework about the importance of listening skills for students and discussion on the effect of audio materials that aids to improve vocabulary,pronunciation, and even grammar, thus a high performance of listening skills.
The study was limited to class 8th and 9th grade school. This study was carried out at one of the schools of Kosovo, in'' FatmirBerisha'' school in Prizren. The participants of the study were 60 students including 21 males and 39 females.
According to the results of the questionnaire in this study, it can be concluded that the majority of students in this school seems to be motivated towards learning English through audio materials. Students were motivated and it was obvious they were involved in the actions of the lessons. The results of this study may also be useful for those who are interested in this field.

The contemporary economy ic characterized with free market. Business activities and that of economy in general are exclusively linked with market.
The product has been and still is present in the human kind’s activity.
It is a direct tool of mix marketing. The product has direct or transverse connectivity with the producer and consumer with all the stratums, in the quality of the creator, users and tenors in different forms.
Product as a main element of the mix marketing, consists of interaction, price, promotion and distribution.
Has a wide meaning because it includes the material, servant, instrumental, psychological, emotional, biophysical and strategic-status aspect.
According to Kotler: Product is anything that can be offered to the market and that draws attention, supplement, use and consumption and to fulfill a wish or a need. By that, we mean physical objects, services, people, distributions, organizations and ideas.
From the definition of Kotler, it is learned that the product is a material, servicing, idea, spiritual good etc, that is out in the market and in it the consumer finds its benefit and interest for the fulfillment of his/her defined needs.
The product can be defined in a more defined form.
It is important to clearly understand the meaning of product. In reality in everyday life, in each time, in each environment, we are in contact with the product with different types of products, which have or don’t have form, are or aren’t touchable, are or aren’t visible.
From the marketing aspect, the product contains something from the physical, functional, esthetic, symbolic quality, features that in market are received by consumers, who are ready to give the relevant counter for their buying. The product is a whole with physical-chemical, mechanical, serving and mental content, that serves for the fulfillment of consumers’ needs.
With a product, the consumers fulfills his/her material needs (food, clothing, housing etc) needs that are related to services (travelling by car, phone conversations, use of washing machines) needs that are manifested in the quality of symbols respectively differences of statuses when the consumer wants and is able to buy furniture that are distinguished as best, as most expensive, to construct or buy a house with interior and exterior architecture and structure, mentioned as the object that no one else possesses in that certain environment.

This study aims to contribute on continues efforts to prevent the introduction of weapons offenses and to promote the impact of policies and decision making to strengthen the weapon control in Kosovo. For research on this master thesis are mixed methodologies, including the primary and secondary research. Within the secondary research are analyzed laws within Kosovo and from neighboring countries as well, Administrative Instructions, press releases etc. Primary research includes all accepted statistics of the Statistics Agency of Kosovo (SAK), the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Kosovo Police (KP). This research has encountered substantial cooperation to the institutions listed above, except the Basic Prosecution of Prishtina, which has been reluctant the cooperation neglecting the demand for statistics of these criminal offenses associated with this research.
Placement of the old law in front of the new one draws even better the development and explanation of weapons offenses which are segregated in a single chapter.

Customer satisfaction is a concept whose basic construct is given a special importance in the past three decades. Customer satisfaction is one of the basic constructs of marketing. In the past, this concept didn't have added importance because many companies and service industries felt that the most important is the addition of customers than maintaining reliable or loyal customers. But today's managers have offered a completely different dimension to this essential aspect in the worldwide globalization.Companies today, especially those servicing and manufacturing qualify as targets with high operational priority. An increasingly competitive environment, service quality and customer satisfaction are key and critical points for corporations. Offering high quality services is closely linked to earnings, savings, cost and market. Modern companies should be in a high degree of awareness of the fact that dissatisfaction is equal to treason in the beginning as well as long term loss. A prerequisite for customer satisfaction is that the company should know the needs and expectations of their clients.
The study aimed at investigating the overall customer satisfaction in the development of mobile telephony industry in Kosovo, factors that affect the level of satisfaction and the relationship between these factors and the changes in demography. The combination of network quality, billing, period of validity and supporting customers with telephone service shows average reports of customer’s satisfaction. Meanwhile through demographic data: age, gender, location and employment we see a difference about satisfaction.
