This study aims to give a clear description of the concepts and terms of motivation in Kosovo's Agricultural Institute. Taking the essence of literature and publications attempting are made to create a structure to guide a summary about the study. Study of human resources motivation has to do with nature and the regulation of the employment relation and is an area in which a variety of disciplines contribute, especially in the area of human resource management. A skilled staff, supervised and motivated is a prerequisite for the development and well functioning administrations of Human Resource Management in Kosovo’s Agricultural Institute. Motivation is a hypothetical construct that is used to explain behavior, it should not be equivalent. Employees are very different from each other and their personal objectives, or in other words what they want to achieve from their being and working in Kosovo's Agricultural Institute is diverse.It is the duty of the manager to identify and understand individual differences and help employees to meet all what they want from the Agricultural Institute of Kosovo. By means of this paper is to clarify how to identify requirements and classify some of them by unified analysis.Is unified analysis a measurement of these characteristics or attributes of products and services, how many accurate results does the unified analysis give according to the data about research.

Kosovo after the war in the years 98, 99 is faced with many challenges, where one of them is the management of educational institutions in Kosovo.
Rapid developments and global dimensions in the field of education, science and technology are directly related to the teaching process, in particular by improving and increasing the quality in this very important process. Meanwhile achievement of these objectives in educational institutions is closely related to the professional management of educational institutions.
State institutions, experts, teachers, parents, organizations and various professional associations of education, community, civil society, etc., have concentrated their professional commitment to contribute in forms and different ways in the preparation of a management capable and responsive for management of the educational institutions towards the realization of the aims of the relevant institution, its employees and society in general.
There are numerous researches, studied and developed multiple strategies, organizing meetings, seminars and conferences, scientific, guidance documents, manuals and numerous books have been published for teaching and the role of teachers and the students in this process with importance for the education of human society.
Man from the first steps of his development has had the profession of teaching. Parents and leaders of the first primitive society groups have implemented methods and techniques to teach children and young people to survey, to shot, to protect, to attack, to withdrawal and different work of interest to the group.
During the historical development of the human being, of nearly 50,000 years onwards, methodologies, techniques, materials and extremely precious experiences has been developed to dispose today a treasure, a large estate, which are being exploited in the application of different institutions management.
On the other hand, the development of scientific opinion of management theory occurs much later, from the 20s and 30s of the last century. It can be said that the management of educational institutions has started much earlier, with the opening of the first schools in the prehistoric ancient China and for the way of management differs to some extent from the management of business organizations or the states' administration. However, the process of teaching by teachers it can compare with the management of the manufacturing process in a factory or a business company.
Taking into consideration that management is increasingly taking the dimension of a universal science, general principles and experiences of management in industry and in various business organizations begin to apply even in educational institutions. In different countries of the world institutes and academies are opened for the education and training or training of managers and administrative staff in the administration of educational institutions to successfully manage the very complex teaching and learning process and the easier achievement of their objectives.
The establishment of academic and professional institutions for the education and training of managers of educational institutions has led many to raise the quality of work and the achievement of learning outcomes in general.
Management of education institutions in Kosovo is in very bad condition. Educational institutions managed by teachers who are unprepared in theoretical and pragmatic management of an educational institution. They do not know the concepts and basic principles of management. In the same situation are also other administrative workers.
If the success of an organization depends on its manager, then why does the success of a school not depend on the management skills of a director or educational institution rector. Then how is it possible that the management of an organization or company business, dealing with production of physical or administrative services, to engage experts to prepare, either in theoretical as well as in practice, while for the management of an education institution that has to do with building the mental, emotional and psycho-physical parts of human, engage teachers who are not prepared for the management of the educational institution.
The main witness in this area is very poor success and consequently the level of education and the practical skills of people who completed their education in educational institutions in Kosovo are relatively very low, excluding individual cases. Not paying attention to this very important component from the education policymakers earlier and facing the problems of this nature in our work during the management of the education system in Kosovo inspired us to treat this very important topic for the development of education and to all this development areas of life in Kosovo.
Taking into account the importance of education in society, we can say that there is no economic, cultural, scientific and technological development without quality education and there is no quality education without professional management of educational institutions.
For this to happen, they should state institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to put in priority the establishment of the Academy of Educational Administration of Kosovo or a similar institution, in which managers, directors and administrators of educational institutions of Kosovo will be educated and skilled in the future.

This paper is about the discussion of the application of unified analysis. Unified analysis is used to study the factors that affect in the decisions that consumers take to make purchases. Unified analysis is a statistical technique which is used in market research to determine how people assess various characteristics that make a product or service better than one product or another service. Marketing on the other hand deals with the identification of customer needs and the fulfillment of their desires and requirements, as well as finding the best ways for sending the product or service from the company to the consumer. Through this paper is clarified how to identify these requirements, how we classify some of them through the unified analysis, whether it is a measuring unified analysis of these characteristics or attributes of products and services, how and how much it provides accurate results of unified analysis of the survey data. For analyzing the attributes that products and services have and to know which of these are the most important of which push consumers to make a decision to purchase, in this paper for discussion is the concrete case "AAB University" which provides services, namely is to analyze why students choose to study in AAB. The reason for taking into consideration of this question is that "AAB University" since its establishment until now has been continuously growing the number of students. Through unified analysis is measured the students' opinion on the reasons for their choice of studies.

Abstract
In this research paper we will talk about small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that play a very important role in a country's economy, considering their importance in generating economic growth and employment. Further development of the SME sector with special focus on employment is important. This is because SMEs represent the overwhelming majority of private businesses operating in the country and easily adapt to market conditions, and are therefore the main source of employment generation. Currently, almost all enterprises in the Municipality of Obiliq belong to the category of small and medium enterprises. SMEs in the country account for 99.9% of registered businesses, most of them - about 96% are micro-enterprises with up to 9 workers - hence having the largest share of employment (82.9%) and value added to the country's economy (69.8%). For this reason, SMEs are important in terms of providing employment in the Obiliq municipality with four out of five employees in the non-financial business economy belong to the group employed in one SME and two out of five employees are employed in a micro-business.

After a long work, over a year, treating different materials from secondary resources and primary resources we can get concrete conclusions regarding the role of the department of human resources in bank, and also its impact in the development of the banking sector in our country. Master thesis is concretized in form of the important and exploratory project with the following title. The role of the human resources in the development of the bank- study case the NLB Prishtina bank. This paper approaches the research of a complex problem as it is the definition of the role of human resources in bank respectively in the department of human resources as a study case the NLB Prishtina bank. The methodology that is used in this research is the heuristic method. The research starts with the theoretical part where are included different theories of the management of human resources narrowing to the specific issues as it is the role and the impact of the human resources in NLB Prishtina bank. In this case the purpose of this research is to identify the role of human resources in bank. Empiric research is developed in that way that with questionnaires have been interviewed the general director of the human resources department in NLB Prishtina bank, and also the seven directors of the main centers of the NLB Prishtina bank, in the territory of the republic of Kosovo. The first part is provided from the literature and previous researches where is treated the issue of understanding, concepts, the role and importance of the management of human resources, also the process of the management of human resources has been treated. While the second part is provided through the research of the author which has been developed through the questionnaire that’s been directly submitted to the respondents. I think that the results of this study are a modest contribution regarding this wide field, as it is the management of human resources and they can help the managers of this bank (NLB Prishtina). We think that the results and arguments of this study, can and should be the subject of debates and further studies in this field. In conclusion of this research paper we can say that the journey that send us in a more effective use of methods of the management of human resources in the bank sector, are the conviction and the education of the leading managers of these bank branches, for the importance and necessity of this managerial function.

This master thesis aims importance of product factoring in bank, respectively for the type of factoring financing.
Among the new forms of financing is factoring forms for the supply of the necessary tools through the sale of short-term requirements.
Factoring helps our clients in selling their products, especially when it comes to promotions of new or changed products in which case their clients are not confident in the success of the product.
Factoring represents a transfer request exporters to factoring companies that advance funds during export of goods of relatively small value or limited amount of export. The exporter is credited in the short term, until the rest of the remainder is left available when the buyer receives the goods by minimizing the interest and provision.
Once that has to do with short-term financing the aim of the factoring management is that every work or other activities carried out in a more successful and profitable way.
Management of factoring is usually involved in banking financial institutions.
Banks are financial institutions that in a global order deal with the trading money and money surrogates, with the sole purpose of their capital to complete in those segments and economic activities which bring maximizing profit and minimum risk.
In such cases the gaining of credit goes to the support factor (exporter).
Full factoring, but with higher provision may also include the following works: correspondence, cash flow, debt collection, market research etc. These are very important work specifically for exporting small economic entities, which in many cases and for many reasons, cannot do this work alone (accounting works).

This Master thesis’ purpose is to include a defined number of segments of the contemporary marketing, banking marketing and management to the commercial banks’ performances, in order that the commercial banks in the open market in free competition, be distinguished from others.
The concept of marketing from the etymological point of view, originates from the Anglo-Saxon origin. Consists of two words: market + ing, where market means market itself, meanwhile the ing suffix has several meanings such as process, action, way to profit.
Regarding to the marketing definitions, there were some different evolutions: for example The American Society for Marketing, has embezzled this definition: ‘’Marketing is a process that deals with business activities which head the streams of goods and services from the manufacturer to the consummator or user.’’
Meanwhile Philip Kotler gives this definition:’’Marketing means market business for processing the fulfillment of needs and wishes of people.
General review on the management and strategic planning to the Marketing is a series of activities which optimize production for the fulfillments of needs and requires of consummators, because the market with its mechanisms suggests on the production form, assortment, distribution, cost, , production, orders and behavior of consummators (of individuals, organizations and society).
So, marketing is a business activity, that has an impact on the regulating and defining production, in the exchange process with the only purpose of: fulfillment of needs and requests of consummators, and profit realization of the enterprise.
As a second component in the review of this theme is also the management and especially the strategic management along with the strategic planning which both make up the basic column of a successful banking business.
Banks, in the market economy conditions, companies (also banks) to concept and implement the long- term business politics, mid-term and short-term, which is going to be stable in the market along with competitive rivals, must compile and manage the strategy and its strategic planning.

The contemporary economy ic characterized with free market. Business activities and that of economy in general are exclusively linked with market.
The product has been and still is present in the human kind’s activity.
It is a direct tool of mix marketing. The product has direct or transverse connectivity with the producer and consumer with all the stratums, in the quality of the creator, users and tenors in different forms.
Product as a main element of the mix marketing, consists of interaction, price, promotion and distribution.
Has a wide meaning because it includes the material, servant, instrumental, psychological, emotional, biophysical and strategic-status aspect.
According to Kotler: Product is anything that can be offered to the market and that draws attention, supplement, use and consumption and to fulfill a wish or a need. By that, we mean physical objects, services, people, distributions, organizations and ideas.
From the definition of Kotler, it is learned that the product is a material, servicing, idea, spiritual good etc, that is out in the market and in it the consumer finds its benefit and interest for the fulfillment of his/her defined needs.
The product can be defined in a more defined form.
It is important to clearly understand the meaning of product. In reality in everyday life, in each time, in each environment, we are in contact with the product with different types of products, which have or don’t have form, are or aren’t touchable, are or aren’t visible.
From the marketing aspect, the product contains something from the physical, functional, esthetic, symbolic quality, features that in market are received by consumers, who are ready to give the relevant counter for their buying. The product is a whole with physical-chemical, mechanical, serving and mental content, that serves for the fulfillment of consumers’ needs.
With a product, the consumers fulfills his/her material needs (food, clothing, housing etc) needs that are related to services (travelling by car, phone conversations, use of washing machines) needs that are manifested in the quality of symbols respectively differences of statuses when the consumer wants and is able to buy furniture that are distinguished as best, as most expensive, to construct or buy a house with interior and exterior architecture and structure, mentioned as the object that no one else possesses in that certain environment.

Customer satisfaction is a concept whose basic construct is given a special importance in the past three decades. Customer satisfaction is one of the basic constructs of marketing. In the past, this concept didn't have added importance because many companies and service industries felt that the most important is the addition of customers than maintaining reliable or loyal customers. But today's managers have offered a completely different dimension to this essential aspect in the worldwide globalization.Companies today, especially those servicing and manufacturing qualify as targets with high operational priority. An increasingly competitive environment, service quality and customer satisfaction are key and critical points for corporations. Offering high quality services is closely linked to earnings, savings, cost and market. Modern companies should be in a high degree of awareness of the fact that dissatisfaction is equal to treason in the beginning as well as long term loss. A prerequisite for customer satisfaction is that the company should know the needs and expectations of their clients.
The study aimed at investigating the overall customer satisfaction in the development of mobile telephony industry in Kosovo, factors that affect the level of satisfaction and the relationship between these factors and the changes in demography. The combination of network quality, billing, period of validity and supporting customers with telephone service shows average reports of customer’s satisfaction. Meanwhile through demographic data: age, gender, location and employment we see a difference about satisfaction.

Euroization is the adoption of a currency, respectively of the Euro currency from another country, in this case Europe. Euroization in Kosovo is a very complicated , but also a very interesting one for researching the issue on how the Euro currency ended up in our country, so what Kosovo’s journey was to ending up in Eurozone, or even on who decided to use the European coin. After the 1998-1999 war and arrival of United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), main challenge for Kosovo was the selection of the stable monetary framework and rebuilding of the financial sector. Even the big emigration of ethnic Albanians in Western Europe mainly in Germany, associated with a high grade of monetary shipments from abroad (remittances), had their impact too. After the arrival of Euro in 11 countries of EU in 1999, then Greece in 2001, Kosovo and Montenegro that aren’t members of EU, followed this process.
Kosovo has achieved to get the Euro currency with the support of Central European Bank (ECB) and with central banks of member countries of EU. Banknotes and euro coins have successfully been provided from the central banks of member countries of EU, by completing so the euroization process.
Now after more than a decade, the euro currency has deepened in the roots of the Kosovan economy, by facilitating many financial processes of the abroad world, respectively has increased the possibilities of foreign investors in order to be present with their businesses in our country and has facilitated local businesses to have more accurate financial-business contacts with the abroad world, where automatically has an impact in the export increase and local import.

‘’CONSUMMATORY BEHAVIOR IN THE MARKET OF RETAIL PRODUCTS – STUDY CASE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GJAKOVA’’

The main purpose of this paper work is the identification of the factor that have a bigger impact and that push consummators that among shops and offers of products of wide consumption that happens in the market of the municipality of Gjakova, to choose their favorite shop for supplying it with necessary articles for the realization of this research were used secondary data taken from the review of relevant literature from the well known authors of the field and primary data taken directly in the market through the survey of questionnaires by using surveys. For the realization of this research were raised some hypothesis and research questions whose questions have been answered through the collection of analysis and interpretation of data which were directly taken from consummators in the road. It was discovered that the factors that have the bigger impacts in the consummatory behavior of the Municipality of Gjakova when they choose to be supplied with products or choose their favorite shop to buy products are the factors such as staff of the shop hosting well, location being close, prices of products, quality of products, space of parking lot, payment, meanwhile factors that have an impact in the form of supplying with products are: job status, monthly income, number of family members, number of employed family members, level of education, profession, family, friends, co-operators. Based on the research it is recommended that the traders of the products of wide or retail consumption to work in the progress in the way to fulfill as best as possible the needs and requirements of consummators.

In Kosovo, there are mainly developed businesses of the private sector and less those of the public sector, and in this theme, we will deal with businesses of private sector because the history of developed countries and those in the development of private sector, has had and still continues to have a big dominating role in the economical increase and development, of countries with open economy.
Enterprises have an important role regards to the economical development of each country, and especially in our country in the Municipality of Malisheva which is going through the transition phase towards the economy of market. In this theme, we will deal with the resources and forms of financing enterprises in the Municipality of Malisheva, while describing the financing resources and their characteristics. We will further do an analysis and a discussion from found information from researches on the state of enterprises in the Municipality Of Malisheva. The last part will include the recommendations part which aim the awareness of NVMs for the application of these resources with the goal of increase and successful development of them. The paper work with the above mentioned title is very actual by relying on the absence of knowledge that enterprises have for finding and using financing resources of their economical activity.

This topic deals with the Credit Reporting and importance that it poses for institutions of financial system and positive effects on micro and macroeconomic level. Kosovo's credit reporting began in 2000; it was taken over by the Central Bank of Kosovo on the establishment of the Credit Registry of Kosovo in 2005 and the further advancements to date.
On the other hand, the World Bank published in 2011 the General Principles for Credit Reporting which represent essential elements for the efficient functioning of credit reporting. In this publication 5 basic principles are given for credit reporting: data, data processing, efficient governance, legal and regulatory environment and cross-border flow of data.
The subject analyzes the application of General Principles for Credit Reporting by responsible institutions in Kosovo and considers that recent developments in the Credit Registry of Kosovo have brought credit reporting in the high level of efficiency, utility to borrowers and lending institutions and has also helped Kosovo to be high ranking in the Doing Business Report.

International organizations have played and are playing an important role in Kosovo. The Republic of Kosovo itself is a story with the contribution and efforts of international organizations in the creation of this new state and functioning as his best. The liberation of the people of Kosovo from Serbian brutal regime is contribution from the people of Kosovo but became a reality by the military intervention of NATO.
Also the process of the reconstruction of Kosovo, the return of the displaced by force from their homes, the country's economic development, the development of local institutions, education, health, social welfare, etc. has been developed and continues to evolve through contribution of these international organizations.
Relations of the Republic of Kosovo with the European Union, in the creation of a perspective and European agenda, which is being coordinated by all missions present, composed of EU member states that are in Kosovo, and various international organizations speaks for this collaboration.
EU is giving a proper orientation and development to the institutions in general, strengthening the legal sector in particular, the implementation of integration policies, etc., dialogue with Serbia and meeting the criteria for visa liberalization and approximation with the EU. Through presence of missions, especially with EULEX and that in the rule of law in a clear way that together to meet the agenda and to have a European perspective.The European Union already has a basic component of how to build, develop and standardize a country as is the case with Kosovo and roads that this country is pursuing towards the EU.
Now, after the independence country is making progress in establishing democratic institutions in the fulfillment of obligations, recommendations, on challenging issues even though much remains to be done, especially in creating and practicing strategies to have a perspective for Kosovo.

Considering the economic development of our country, the increase of the number of ommercial banks in Kosovo, and also the increase of customers number and creation of banking clientele in Kosovo is necessary the development of researches and analysis on the way of development and content of promoting banking products and services in the republic of Kosovo. Purpose of this paper is the analysis of measures and standards in the field of promoting banking products inKosovo for all commercial banks in our country. This paper presents the general principles of marketing and promotion and also the special principles and measures of promoting products and banking services in our country, role of developing banks, role of the products and staff in their clientele and informing and consulting with customers.
For the execution of this paper are collected and analyzed from books and different academic publications. Anyhow research in the field with the representatives of commercial banks, academics and students and that makes this paper very understandable on how the situation is and how it should be fixed. Also at the end this paper confirms the importance of promoting banking products especially in the agriculture and industry sectors and its importance in development, in general. This paper will elaborate and define the actual state of commercial banks and relations between banks and their clients and important changes in the near future.
The whole paper has to do with identification of promotion in banking industry. The use of mix marketing in banking industry is growing day by day. Therefore the concept of banking promotion is important for every bank. The main purpose of this study is to make a general review of banking products promotion, to design the role of promotion in the industry of commercial banks in Kosovo, and to see how the mix marketing (product, price, place and promotion) is very important for banks. The use of 4 Ps and 3 Cs (consummator, cost, communication and convenience) and its application on promoting banking products and the form of promotion is becoming very important for banks. To summarize the whole thesis, the paper includes detailed study of the role of marketing in banking sector. Banking promotion has become extremely necessary as a weapon of survival which essentially is changing the banking industry worldwide. Increase of banking promotion makes the redefinition of business relations and the most successful banks are those who can truly strengthen their relationship with the customers. Technological innovations and tough competition between the existing banks have enabled an extensive network of banking products and services making available for retail or majority customers through the channels of electronic distribution, in general referring to E-banking. Technology is changing the inner and outside relations between banks and its customers. Promotion presents mechanisms of communication: exchange of information between the customer and the seller. Obligation of promotion is to inform, reminisce and to convince the customer in order to see his reactions towards the products of the enterprise. Promotion is a process of communication between the customers and the seller in order to create a positive state towards the products and services which the enterprise has placed in the market. Promotion is the main mechanism of promoting products and banking services whereby the commercial banks create a relation with their actual customers and those who are potential performing simultaneously the function of information.
