Marrëdhënia e fjalive në një periudhë është veçanërisht e rëndësishme në lidhje me fjalitë e përbëra me nënrenditje, në të cilat fjalitë nuk janë të të njëjtit nivel, por tregojnë varësi. Pra, pikërisht fjalitë e varura kohore janë ato që janë mjaft të komplikueshme dhe të cilat krijojnë konfuzion. Për këtë arsye, shumica e njerëzve përpiqen t’i shmangin ato, dhe përdorin fjali të thjeshta në vend të tyre, megjithatë, diçka e tillë shkakton humbjen e kuptimit dhe origjinalitetit të idesë. Kjo do të thotë se edhe pse të komplikuara, fjalitë e varura kohore janë thelbësore për të shpjeguar idetë dhe mendimet tona. Duke u bazuar në numrin e madh të fjalive të varura kohore, në kuptimet që ato bartin, si dhe për mënyrën se si shprehet kuptimi, ky punim do të përqendrohet në gabimet që studentët e Gjuhës Angleze bëjnë në përdorimin e fjalive të varura kohore. Do të përqendrohet në strukturën e fjalive të varura kohore, si dhe përdorimin e tyre.

Feyerabend generally is known most for his discovery on the helpfulness of breaking rules when they become a hindrance and for the legitimacy of the counter-inductive approach as a way to make fundamental changes in science. But his view about the decontamination of old theories and the implantation of new theories‘ conception deserves equal recognition. And, of course, his alternative of open instead of closed exchange is invaluable as epistemological contribution. All this together make Feyerabend‘s viewpoint very distinct, especially to understand the need of openness as a condition to make easy the scientific development. Those three aspects constitute the originality of Feyerabend‘s contribution in the philosophy of science, which will be the focus of this paper. These novelties, as it will be argued, fill respective aspects where previously there were shortcomings, which made possible to clarify.

Interactivity is one of the most discussed terms in studies on new media and, recently, on social media. A significant number of authors with a positive approach towards social media, share the opinion that interactivity is the most prominent feature of the new generation of media, which has changed the audience's access to information. Meanwhile, in the last years, the critical attitudes to new social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc are growing. Critical authors view interactivity as a fetch that social media platforms use to gain more information on user behavior and activity, which they, then use as a product to be offered to advertisers. At this point, essential question marks are raised regarding the participatory culture and the algorithmic logic of social media and the transparency of them towards their users. Our study is focused on interactivity, looking at it from the perspective of the two mainstreams mentioned above, in order to address the key questions raised over this issue. The study is basically based on a qualitative analysis, examining the main critical approaches of different authors.

Dissemination of social media platforms has brought a fundamental change in traditional public communication, which previously was a managing process managed exclusively by actors such as journalists, politicians and various interest groups.
Politicians or individuals engaged in the press offices of different institutions are now increasingly choosing direct communication with the public through social media platforms. This has resulted in de-intermediation of public relations, mainly political actors, and beyond.
Some of the pioneers of social media advocate that these changes are leading to a de-mediatized communication, have influenced positively on the quality of democracy by promoting citizen participation in public debate.
This study is focused on the role that social media has in the transformation of political actors communication with the public, and the impact that this model can have of communication in shaping the public sphere.
During the study there are analysed various authors approaches and real cases from the Albanian context of political communication. To conduct the study there will be used mainly qualitative research methods.

This paper aims to introduce the approach of journalism students to PR-practices and public relations in general. The paper is based on empirical results obtained from an extensive survey with students of journalism in Tirana, Elbasan and Shkodra in 2015. The main goal is to analyse the priorities of students before emerging in the labour market and specifically their attitude to PR as field employment in the future. At a time when the boundaries between PR and classical journalism are becoming indecipherable, we are interested to know the attitude of the students of journalism to these developments. How endangered is the journalistic profession from interference of PR offices? How optimistic are they about the future of journalism? Where do they see themselves employed in the near future? Etc. The paper will attempt to answer these questions and others that will raise with concrete figures.

This article deals with activities to develop listening language skills in a context of authentic learning in the subject of English language in Kosovo schools. Looking into this issue we studied the relevant literature, used results of the visitations of English and Albanian language classes in 30 schools in Kosovo, and results of a questionnaire administered with 229 teachers of English language in ten Kosovo schools. Good practices observed during the visits organized in five American schools during the winter of 2015 have also been taken in consideration. The aim of the article, based on the findings of the quantitative and qualitative research in some 30 Albanian schools, is to identify and suggest learning activities in the classrooms that would help improve the development of student listening skills in the subject of English language. The suggestions can be generalized and used by teachers of the Albanian language as well. Within the integrated learning approach and the competence based curriculum framework which is being applied recently in Kosovo, the strategies suggested in this article can be used for the curriculum area of languages and communication.

The debates on the press freedom have never disappeared throughout the history of print and electronic media. However, during different periods of this history, the restrictions on press freedom have been expressed more or less, in a harsh or soft way, depending on social, political, economic or cultural developments. The reports of international organisations dealing with press freedom and the protection of journalists reveal a bitter reality – the press freedom has experienced a worsening trend in many parts of the world. A lot of discussions have commenced in Kosovo about the press freedom and the influence on media. Such debates have taken place on frequent intervals and the content was primarily based on perceptions and in some cases by commenting particular cases. My professional curiosity has pushed to conduct a research on the real shapes and dimensions of the influence on journalists and media outlets in Kosovo. Initial feedbacks from the questionnaires analysed so far show that the influence on journalist is bigger than the external perception. Based on these outcomes, though they are at a basic phase, journalists in Kosovo face a direct and indirect form of influence. In general, tutors to journalists appear to be representatives of the state institutions or the heads/owners of media, which put their influence through managers or the editors appointed by them. But, there are not less influence and pressure from individuals or groups of interests, usually affiliated to people in power or with the owners of media. There are, of course, cases of influence by the opposition. Through the questionnaires I’ve tried also to understand the ways and methods of influencing. Based on the analysed questionnaires the influence on journalists is executed in a direct or indirect way, in a strong way (by order) or in a polite way (through advices and recommendations). My research reveals a reasonable doubt on the honesty of journalists that participated in the research by answering to the questionnaires, bearing in mind the fear of eventual consequences because of their answers, though they had the opportunity not to unveil the media they work for.

Some methods pay attention more on reading and writing, while some others such as CLT pays more attention on communication (speaking). In this research paper were tested the secondary school students, respectively tenth grade Kosovo students, in order to get information of the correlation between the variables (skills) for students taught with ESA and students taught with CLT. The establishment of a good atmosphere in class is achieved through the interconnection of subjects and creative activities with children, which affects the motivation and development of the key learning competences, in order for them to better understand the world around them. Therefore, the cooperation between institutions makes the planning and accomplishment of the student educators’ practice possible, allowing them to become aware of their work with children during their studies. The analysis of the students’ work remains an important process during the receiving of theoretical information. It is also important in the accomplishment of their practice in preschool institutions and pre-primary classes within schools in order to motivate the children to learn. This study emphasizes the work of student educators in the following two courses: (1) Theory of Learning Through Practice and (2) Pedagogical Practice for the planning and realization of different activities in cooperation with the educators in the preschool institutions and pre- primary classes. Hence, we think that the interconnection between theory and practice greatly affects the creative work of students in the motivation and development of the children. The study analysis is based on the analysis of classwork.

It is also important in the accomplishment of their practice in preschool institutions and pre-primary classes within schools in order to motivate the children to learn. This study emphasizes the work of student educators in the following two courses: (1) Theory of Learning Through Practice and (2) Pedagogical Practice for the planning and realization of different activities in cooperation with the educators in the preschool institutions and pre- primary classes. Hence, we think that the interconnection between theory and practice greatly affects the creative work of students in the motivation and development of the children. The study analysis is based on the analysis of classwork.

The period from the 16th to the early 18th century marks a new stage with new historical conditions and circumstances for the Albanians. The Albanian society had lost a significant part of the human vital forces and had been stripped to some extent by the craftsmen, traders, and cultural ones. On the other hand, the new economic and political phenomena that originated and acted after the Ottoman conquest, such as the generalization of the timar regime as units with separate natural economies, the ongoing wars and military expeditions to strengthen Ottoman power, the putting into service of the enemy and the Albanian feudal lords, the great political-administrative fragmentation, etc., became the main causes that slowed the pace of the country's economic, social and cultural development, which influenced the slowdown in the dynamics of different aspects of life.
Archival research on writing this study also focuses on funds of Oriental, Cyrillic and Latin manuscripts stored in the libraries of Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia etc. The study analysis is also based on archival research of oriental funds in Pristina, Sarajevo, and Skopje. However, first-hand sources for drafting this paper remain the ones that have been researched in Turkey's archives, especially in Istanbul and Ankara. In the context of this scientific research, a special interest is also the confrontation of the historical theses of Albanian historiography with Serbian historiography.
The work of this research suggests that it offers rich source material. It deals with a chronology and approach to the use of contemporary scientific-methodological techniques.

The main aim of this paper is to explore aspects of a human utopia in the character of Quentin Compson, in the novel “The Sound and the Fury”, by William Faulkner. Quentin is the older brother of the Compson Family and the most tragic individual of this novel. His appalling fate is a result of the incompatibility to suit the new reality of norms and values in the 20th century America. By building a utopia on the cultural values of the past, he arrives to capture himself in a life full of absurdity. Family pressure, norms, ethical codes, along with the moral standards, plays an essential role in his utopia.
Just like every inhabitant in South America, Quentin finds himself within two standards society: a knightly and a Victorian one. In front of the reader it is exposed a meaningless reality, of a young man searching for himself, while fighting with time and his demons. The technical devices for building the figure of Quentin are achieved through a double dimension of conflict and desire, where this character is uncovered by a combination of vertical and horizontal overview.
Through an empirical analysis of Quentin, I will arrive to the point to evaluate the alternative reality of a man like him and indirectly present features of the modern American society, at the beginning of the 20th century, conditioning him.

Teaching stylistics is both enchanting and challenging. Many students come to stylistics having studied English and American literature, but it demands a very different set of skills. Analyzing a text stylistically is unlike doing a 'literary' analysis, as it needs to be much more objective and rooted in fact. The main aim of a stylistics analysis is to explain how the literary structure of a text creates the feelings and responses that we get when we read it.
I have chosen E. E Cummings poetry since it is considered as interesting as tricky at the same time. One of the most important stylistics techniques used there is foregrounding and, moreover internal foregrounding. Foregrounding refers to a form of textual patterning which is motivated specifically for literary-aesthetic purposes. The aim of this paper is to introduce a model of a stylistics analysis as already being discussed with the students who I teach stylistics. We will focus on the results we reached by the use of the interesting techniques of foregrounding and inner foregrounding

Since its independence until today the Republic of Macedonia aims to reforms aimed at building a democratic society based on the principles of rule of law and market economy. In that plan the Republic of Macedonia has made a series of reforms in 2005 resulted in obtaining candidate status for EU membership, without setting a date for starting negotiations. Not setting a date for talks indicates that Macedonia still has not reached the level to fully meet the Copenhagen criteria. In this context speak European reports published by the European Commission which particularly highlight the problem of corruption. This paper will focus on the effectiveness of the institutions of the system in the fight against corruption with emphasis on corrupt offenses provided in chapter 30 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Macedonia.

Teachers are the link between learners and knowledge. Teachers are the facilitators of learning and the authority to enable students to increase their independent learning capabilities. Teachers are important actors in the process of learning and they should encourage students to discuss, imagine, read and retell the stories in order to increase their motivation and appreciation of literature.

The situation created as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic has paralyzed the normal life of human society almost all over the globe. In addition to disruption of health, education, economic systems, etc., this situation has seriously damaged physical sports and recreational activities. The necessity to keep fit makes athletes to constantly try and find ways to organize training, while minimizing the risk of infection. Some of these ways are: a) medical measures or continuous testing of athletes; b) ‘team quarantine’ for the longest period of time that minimizes contact with other additional people of the club members where he/she trains; c) maximum care for maintaining the minimum allowed distance and contact between athletes. Meanwhile, outdoor recreational activities can be more easily controlled. However, these ways are not sufficient, so the consequences will be irreparable for a long time.

Employment Policies for People with Disabilities in Kosovo

The purpose of the paper is to understand the employment policies related to people with disabilities in Kosovo. Two main methods are used in the paper, first, the method of analysing statistical and administrative data on the situation of persons with disabilities in the labour market, and analysing budget expenditures for disability schemes in Kosovo, and, second, the method of analysing institutional strategies, action plans, and primary and secondary legislation governing the employment of persons with disabilities. The main conclusions of the paper are: (i) Kosovo does not have official statistics regarding the number of persons with disabilities in general, and their situation in the labour market; (ii) expenditure from Kosovo’s budget for financing disability schemes has steadily increased in the last three years; (iii) Kosovo has prepared and adopted an advanced legal framework that promotes vocational training, vocational retraining and employment of people with disabilities; iv) Kosovo does not have a strategic document (strategy or action plan) that defines the vision and long-term goal of increasing the employment of persons with disabilities.

This paper will deal with electoral justice in Kosovo with special focus on Kosovo in a special focus will be realization of the right to vote in the appeals process; sanctions and penalties of electoral fraud during the electoral process in local and national elections. The goal of this research is finding answers in questions like: What is the election justice? What legal sanctions are foreseen for every electoral crime? What are the actions that natural or legal person can undertake when claiming that their electoral rights have been violated? Which institution is competent to provide electoral justice? What are the ways to restore electoral justice? This research will deal with: analysis of the legal framework that guarantees a fair election process, relation of the competent institutions in order to establish fair election process, dealing with cases of fraud in the election and complaint process with the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel and penalties from prosecution and courts for electoral crimes during the election process in local and national elections. Achieving a political consensus for a legal and institutional reform in Kosovo would reduce (prevent) the possibilities for abuse during the electoral process. Increased confidence and building institutional capacities to ensure justice every time when allegedly the right for vote has been violated represents security for citizens and guarantee for institutional stability. Security in the implementation of the right to vote and the correct reading of the will of the people will have impact on their participation in elections and fulfilment of internationally accepted standards for democratic elections and electoral processes in Kosovo.

Gjuha angleze është pa dyshim gjuha më e rëndësishme e komunikimit midis kombeve të ndryshme anë e mbanë botës. Është lingua franca në shumë takime ndërkombëtare, qofshin ato politike, ekonomike, sociale, artistike, letrare, etj. Në këtë kuadër, ndërveprimi diplomatik dhe politik midis kombeve është duke u rritur gjithnjë e më shumë, duke rritur, për rrjedhojë, edhe kërkesën për profesionalizëm në përkthim. Ligjet ndërkombëtare duhet të përkthehen saktësisht me qëllim që t’i përshtatet mentalitetit kombëtar, kulturor dhe politik të vendit të gjuhës së përkthimit.

Ndërtimi i pushtetit në Kosovë, i cili buron drejtpërdrejt nga vota e qytetarit, ndodhi vetëm pas përfundimit të luftës në vitin 1999, përkatësisht pas instalimit të misionit të KS të OKB-së, UNMIK-ut dhe organizimit të zgjedhjeve të para në vitin 2000.
Por, që nga themelimi i institucioneve të para e deri më sot, janë vërejtur disa ndërhyrje që janë bërë dhe që për shtetet që kanë një traditë të gjatë dhe për Kosovën, janë jo të zakonshme dhe jokushtetuese. Në Kosovë ndërhyrjet më të dukshme dhe më të theksuara kanë ndodhur në punën e legjislativit, Kuvendit, fillimisht nga misioni i UNMIK-ut, e më pas nga vetë qeveria. Kështu, jo rrallë, Kuvendi i Kosovës si organi më i lartë ligjvënës e përfaqësues, ashtu siç është paraparë fillimisht me Kornizën Kushtetuese e më pas edhe me Kushtetutën e Republikës së Kosovës, nuk kishte mundësi t’i përmbushë funksionet e veta kushtetuese e ligjore.

“The Teacher” journal as an official organ of Education and Culture Ministry, since it’s first publishes, besides other topics has also put emphasis in reflecting the state ideology in educational and cultural institutions. This ideology, which came as a directive from the state leader, Enver Hoxha, who in his speech for educational reformation, would declare: “We are making the educational reformation because it is necessary in building the socialism in our country. It will serve for a better education and preparation of youth for life and other tasks, in order to build a socialist and communist society”. This was cited in “The teacher” newspaper in 9th February 1962. A part of this general feature of life in the country, were even the educational and cultural institutions in Elbasan County. In this period a big importance was given to the fact that the actual task was the political propaganda in schools and cultural institutions (houses of culture), by using even other forms of media, such as: “People`s voice” and “The Unite”, which were official newspapers of Party of Labour and its tools. At least it is referred is this way in the weekly “The Teacher” during the `60. In this way, the media didn’t just spread its editorial line, but at the same time it suggested other media of the same line or even more radical.

Queer Pedagogy and Engaging Cinema in LGBTQIA+ Discourse in Africa

Postmodernism ignited a rapid growth in oppositional cultures in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Among these oppositions are feminism, animal right movements and queer culture. The oppositional forces, silenced by the power, discourse, and knowledge of dominant cultures, countercultures strive to speak for themselves and resist all forms of subjugation and marginalization. In the West, oppositional cultures have been able to create a queer cinema of resistance. African queer cinematic engagement came late with Mohammed Camara’s 1997 film-Dakan, believed to be the first film to focus primarily on LGBTQIA+ themes from West Africa. Ever since the above film pushed the queer sexual orientation into the center of discourse in Africa, film industries such as Nigeria’s Nollywood and Ghana’s Ghollywood and the South African film enterprise have followed suit. The questions that emanate in this study are, do these narratives on new sexual identities-LGBTQIA truly reflect indigenous African ethos? Is queer cinema germane in creating spaces for new sexual identities in Africa? Against this backdrop, this study examines African queer cinema as a struggle against heteronormative and oppressive tendencies. Employing Michel Foucault’s perspective on knowledge, power and discourse as theory, this study uses content analysis to interrogate selected African

Kosovo after the war in the years 98, 99 is faced with many challenges, where one of them is the management of educational institutions in Kosovo.
Rapid developments and global dimensions in the field of education, science and technology are directly related to the teaching process, in particular by improving and increasing the quality in this very important process. Meanwhile achievement of these objectives in educational institutions is closely related to the professional management of educational institutions.
State institutions, experts, teachers, parents, organizations and various professional associations of education, community, civil society, etc., have concentrated their professional commitment to contribute in forms and different ways in the preparation of a management capable and responsive for management of the educational institutions towards the realization of the aims of the relevant institution, its employees and society in general.
There are numerous researches, studied and developed multiple strategies, organizing meetings, seminars and conferences, scientific, guidance documents, manuals and numerous books have been published for teaching and the role of teachers and the students in this process with importance for the education of human society.
Man from the first steps of his development has had the profession of teaching. Parents and leaders of the first primitive society groups have implemented methods and techniques to teach children and young people to survey, to shot, to protect, to attack, to withdrawal and different work of interest to the group.
During the historical development of the human being, of nearly 50,000 years onwards, methodologies, techniques, materials and extremely precious experiences has been developed to dispose today a treasure, a large estate, which are being exploited in the application of different institutions management.
On the other hand, the development of scientific opinion of management theory occurs much later, from the 20s and 30s of the last century. It can be said that the management of educational institutions has started much earlier, with the opening of the first schools in the prehistoric ancient China and for the way of management differs to some extent from the management of business organizations or the states' administration. However, the process of teaching by teachers it can compare with the management of the manufacturing process in a factory or a business company.
Taking into consideration that management is increasingly taking the dimension of a universal science, general principles and experiences of management in industry and in various business organizations begin to apply even in educational institutions. In different countries of the world institutes and academies are opened for the education and training or training of managers and administrative staff in the administration of educational institutions to successfully manage the very complex teaching and learning process and the easier achievement of their objectives.
The establishment of academic and professional institutions for the education and training of managers of educational institutions has led many to raise the quality of work and the achievement of learning outcomes in general.
Management of education institutions in Kosovo is in very bad condition. Educational institutions managed by teachers who are unprepared in theoretical and pragmatic management of an educational institution. They do not know the concepts and basic principles of management. In the same situation are also other administrative workers.
If the success of an organization depends on its manager, then why does the success of a school not depend on the management skills of a director or educational institution rector. Then how is it possible that the management of an organization or company business, dealing with production of physical or administrative services, to engage experts to prepare, either in theoretical as well as in practice, while for the management of an education institution that has to do with building the mental, emotional and psycho-physical parts of human, engage teachers who are not prepared for the management of the educational institution.
The main witness in this area is very poor success and consequently the level of education and the practical skills of people who completed their education in educational institutions in Kosovo are relatively very low, excluding individual cases. Not paying attention to this very important component from the education policymakers earlier and facing the problems of this nature in our work during the management of the education system in Kosovo inspired us to treat this very important topic for the development of education and to all this development areas of life in Kosovo.
Taking into account the importance of education in society, we can say that there is no economic, cultural, scientific and technological development without quality education and there is no quality education without professional management of educational institutions.
For this to happen, they should state institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to put in priority the establishment of the Academy of Educational Administration of Kosovo or a similar institution, in which managers, directors and administrators of educational institutions of Kosovo will be educated and skilled in the future.

The Media Influence on Albanian Society

The focus of this study is the relation of media with the audiences in Albania and Kosova. The study further aims to analyze the relations of television media, as a means of mass-communication with the public, observing above all their tendency to transform television into a control tool, namely to influence the path of creating independent judgments. The talk show type programs present in Tirana media will be treated as shows simulanously serving to initiate the public defense of powerful people. This claim shall be followed by the attempt to answer the questions: is the tendency to win the “public battle” one of imposing “the indisputable truth” to the audiences? What is the media impact on them and what transformation do media undergo as a result of the mediatization of society? What is the relation between them and what is their mutual refusal or impact? Does the Albanian spectacle present the current situation in Albanian society or is it an unrealistic portrayal of made-up images? Beyond this, other TV media from the Albanian environment will be treated, together with their impact in shaping the public opinion. Televisions in Kosova will be treated as being in apathy with regards to spectacular talk-shows, and dominated by political tendencies which predominate the cultural discourse. TV opinionism comprises another characteristic of the “Albanian spectacle” which will be in the focus of this study. Does this opinionism constitute a media mechanism to spectacularize the public, or does it comprise, together with the media itself, an instrument in the hand of “power” to control and construct the society? Special phenomena characteristic for the Albanian media in Albania (and its impact on the society), will be contrasted and compared to special phenomena of the media in Kosova (together with their impact). The relation of television with the public opinion in Albania and the tendency to “spectacularize” the society through presenting public judgments will be in the core of the research; while in Kosova the tendency to develop controlled media through information control shall be looked into closely.

Teaching methods which teachers use and the type of classroom environment that a teacher creates and encourages, can either increase or decrease a student's ability to learn and feel comfortable as a member of the class despite of the specific needs someone might have, and to achieve the maximum of their potential capabilities.Inclusive education occurs when students with and without disabilities participate and learn together in the same class. Research shows that when a disabled child attending school together with their peers who do not have disabilities, good things happened.Inclusive education occurs when there is on-going advocacy, planning, support and commitment.
The classroom and the teaching methods environment should do as much as possible to foster cooperation, acceptance and learning. The teacher`s aim should be exactly the establishing of such an environment that is favourable for helping all students work cooperatively in order to learn. Classrooms which welcome all students with or without abilities encourage emotional well-being; create an atmosphere for emotional and learning development. A warm classroom environment can lead to increased achievement and a sense of belonging at school.
Knowing of students' characteristics such as readiness, interests and learning styles and teaching methods differentiation based on them are important issues that will be explained later in this paper. More precisely, this paper focuses on description of teaching and assessment methods differentiation and their effects which will help teachers to plan and create a classroom that welcomes and supports all students as well as increasing their skills and learning.

The way how radio and television operators cover an electoral campaign has been and remains a subject of discussion in order to improve their performance and editorial offices meet the professional and deontological requirements.
Evaluation and analysis of specific subjects, or of the market in general is made with the monitoring of broadcast contents.
The main focus of this paper is precisely on aspects of the monitoring process of audio and audio-visual media during the electoral process in Albania, the carried over or new features and phenomena.
Referring specifically to the campaign event of local elections of 21 June 2015.
By addressing the applied methodology, the management method, what market part the calculation of indicators of campaign coverage includes, in duration and contents of information and messages addressed to the public, etc.
By identifying and analysing the concrete dynamics of how the monitoring infrastructure works and how much effect it has, the work is also an effort for proposals and ideas that improve the situation, in order to achieve a comprehensive and qualitative monitoring, also in response to the process of transfer of audio-visual broadcasts from analog to digital.

With the rise of social media significant changes occurred in the way of structuring the news target on massive information. An extensive bibliography of recent years stresses that there is a highly developed capacity of a communication between "friends" in social networks which moves horizontally between participants of scattered audiences covering, above all, local or hyperlocal information, that of a “space” of smaller distances such as a neighborhood, a city, a rural area, a province, a university, and so on. Regarding this conclusion, the question is what does the “vicinity” information mean, in other words, what does the coverage of local areas mean? What is the meaning of "local", of "vicinity"? Does the term "hyperlocal space" mean a material and physical spatial expansion which is related to the physical space perimeter of the news provider? Does it concern the vicinities among audiences interested in the news? Does it connect short distances that separate source of information with its audience? Does it cover the placement of the event within narrow spaces that make the content of the information? Does it relate the physical proximity of an occurred event with audiences and the source of information and its value which is limited in space?
The hypothesis of this paper is that the "hyperlocal space" although initially understood as a pure physical space, thus, as a relatively tight perimeter space around each member of the audience, is in fact not just physical and/or geographical. It is a synthesis of social elements; subjective interests of each member of the audience, as well as a construction of a physical space based on social proximity and good neighborhood, hence not just a geographical proximity.
Our conclusion concerns the fact that "hyperlocal spaces" of the information circulating in the social media are connected with the dimensions of the event which we report. This space represents the thematic and social universe of the individual and the group who are not necessarily situated on physical and geographical continuities. The “hyperlocal” information concerns an event limited on the spatial plan, but which conveys a sensitive interest among audiences; this information is based on metaphors which evoke narrow spaces socially speaking where the citizen acts in his everyday life.

Objekti kryesor i këtij punimi është studimi i sjelljes se konsumatorit ndaj normës se interesit të kredive në Kosove. Ky studim është i bazuar në të dhënat e realizuar përmes intervistave të drejtpërdrejta me konsumatorët të cilët kanë kredi në bankat komerciale në Kosovë. Rezultatet e marra tregojnë se 98.1% e të anketuarve janë të mendimit se bankat në Kosovë ofrojnë kredi me kamata të larta. Rezultatet të marra nga të anketuarit tregojnë se 96.1% prej tyre mendojnë se është e arsyeshme që bankat të ulin normat e interesit dhe të ofrojnë kredi me kamata më të ulëta, kurse një rezultat tjetër mjaft interesant tregon se mendohet të ketë edhe disa marrëveshje në mes të bankave që të mbajnë ketë normë të interesit mjaft të lartë, të këtij mendimi janë 49.1% e të anketuarave. Bankat komerciale që operojnë në Kosove ketë normë të lartë e kanë arsyetuar me risk të lartë të kthimit të kredive por nga të anketuarit 51.7% nuk ndajnë mendimin e njëjtë sikurse bankat, për faktin se risku i kthimit është arsyeje për norma të larta të interesit, pasi që bankat komercial që operojnë në Kosovë, qëndrojnë shumë më mirë se vendet e Ballkanit në renditjen e kredive të këqija.

Ekonomia e Kosovës pas luftës është ballafaquar me sfida të mëdha, si pasojë e menaxhimit të dobët për një dekadë të tërë dhe e luftës shkatërrimtare. Megjithëkëtë, Kosova me sukses e kaloi fazën e rindërtimit, e cila ishte mjaft e vështirë. Fillimi i privatizimit, zhvillimi dinamik i sektorit privat në ndërmarrje të vogla dhe të mesme, me theks të veçantë sektori i prodhimit, nismat e para të procesit të integrimit me ekonominë e rajonit përmes nënshkrimit të marrëveshjes për tregti të lirë, inkuadrimi në Paktin e Stabilitetit si anëtare jo e barabartë, janë vetëm hapat e parë të proceseve të gjata dhe të rënda drejt zhvillimit të ekonomisë së tregut dhe integrimeve në institucionet rajonale dhe ndërkombëtare. Në periudhën e pasluftës, ekonomia e Kosovës ishte ekonomi konsumuese dhe nevojat e veta kryesisht i plotësonte nga importi, duke e përdor “keshin” si mjet pagese në mungesë të institucioneve të organizuara financiare. Struktura ekonomike e një vendi, për zhvillimin ekonomik, më tepër se cilido tregues tjetër paraqet kahet dhe realitetin zhvillimor. Pra, ajo trajtohet si gjenerator aktual në çdo kohë dhe në çdo shoqëri bashkëkohore.

Promotion of religious fundamentalism and the tendency of its spread in the form of expressing the belief and devotion to the almighty shall not be related with terrorism or seen as its generator. Specific economic and political circles through media stereotypes and continous indoctrination established a receptive and acceptive confusion. Contemporary socio-political reality of our region, entitle us to reaffirm the opinion that the fundamentalism as a religious, national, political and cultural concept is stereotyped to the extent of equivalence between the fundamentalism and terrorism. The reality is completely different from a scientific, theoretical point of view, the religious, Islamic fundamentalism, as an imposing tendency of those who are from a different religion can relate the Islam with terrorism, in this context as an ideological instrumentalization for economic political interests of specific circles of regional and state dimensions. The security in Balkans is very stable, and the threat made by ISIS-originating from this region, is more a psychological warfare than the real threat for security. When we mention this, we consider the fact that most citizens are oriented towards civilization values, reasonable actions and behaviours, willingness and determination of the states and international organizations for the preservation and protection of the major values such as the human life, freedom and the valuable system of this civilization.

Methodology: The paper is based on empirical research on some media companies print and online in Albania. The research includes interviews, literature on the field, observations in the market by author and some media measurements companies in Tirana; time of searching: January-April 2014; media selected: broadsheet newspapers&online, Panorama, Shqiptarja.com, Shqip. Some of the main results of the research are: a. The business model of written media is transforming. - Supplier model of content: content is provided free of charge through social media and other browsers aside from traditional model through purchase or creation by reporters. -Preparation, selection and packaging of content has been improved continuously. There are ongoing preparations and publication of content, its selection is adapted for different distribution channels accessible by customers through various communication tools. -The distribution channels are transformed. Print product still stands as one of the most important package, but there is the progressive substitution of single copy distribution market with the Internet. b. Revenue models: -Freemium model has failed. There are not in filed any case of profit by content selling. -Single copy sales and subscriptions and advertising model in print are reinforced with advertising online model. - Some of the print media have decrease printing costs as a result of increased revenue through increasing of selling online advertisings. c. News room was adapted to accomplish the new distribution channels of content. Strength of customer access to content through comments, share and like. Open journalism is in field, also. The above topic belongs to researches related to the forth axis of ICCMS: Albanian media between traditional and new media. It is supposed thee “The analysis through Economics of the daily newspaper industry” represents a contribution to improving the management methods of the written media adapted with new media business models.

Language transformations in the course of the years may dictate the necessity of retranslations. Given the rapid change of languages, it is high time to consider retranslation of world literature masterpieces. As languages evolve, translations become dated, which explains why translations are «re-translated» so that they are updated and enriched linguistically. The translation gets old, whereas the original remains the unchanged. Translation needs to be contemporaneous in order to keep pace with the language level of the recipients of any generation. Retranslations occur mainly because of the constant development of the target language. The Albanian language has changed. It has become more open to words describing new phenomena that were missing while trying to transmit feelings, situations or events coming across in the works of greatest authors. This work will focus on an analysis of transformation of language norms, changes in orthographic rules, changes of political systems, which consist of main reasons that make the retranslation of the masterpieces a necessity. However, there are numerous debates surrounding the re-translation of literary classics.Nevertheless, the re-translation issue is complex and needs to be reviewed in several aspects.

A është zhvilluar “spin doctor” si një alternativë e MP në administratën shqiptare?
Cilat janë karakteristikat dominuese të informimit publik?
A ka implikime për teorinë e mas komunikimit dhe profesionin e gazetarit?
Nëpërmjet përdorimit të teorive të komunikimit dhe marrëdhënieve me publikun të ndërthurura me evidencat empirike, studimi sugjeron se përdorimi i “spin doctor” mund të konsiderohet si një rol i veçantë i komunikimit, por në fillimet e saj. Theksimi i perspektivave pozitive të ngjarjeve, mbulimi i së vërtetës dhe përhapja e informacionit nëpërmjet kanaleve të komunikimit masiv ngre diskutimin e tendencave dhe perceptimin e informacionit nga publiku potencial. Initially the paper will treat the history of pluralist elections held in Macedonia since its independence and the establishment of a democratic system after 1991 and throughout the democratic transition until today. Given the fact that elections determine the character of the political regime of the country, Macedonia so far has applied several electoral systems. Majoritarian system in the allocation of seats in parliament was initially implemented, then combined election system, followed by current proportional system of elections.
These frequent reforms in the electoral system in Macedonia have come as a result of dissatisfaction of opposition with manipulation of electoral processes that have been held so far. Almost every new legislature of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia has by chosen by a new electoral law or amendments to the current election law.
Currently, in the Republic of Macedonia, talks to change the current Electoral Code backed by the European Commission are being held. Requests for change, initiated by the opposition, are dealing with the number of electoral units, the issue of open voting lists, applying the mechanisms and guarantees to ensure the impossibility of fraud in the electoral process.
The purpose of this research is to give a contribution through the scientific arguments in order to identify the best modalities of the electoral system in Macedonia relying on political, social, psychological factors, including the citizen’s awareness.

This paper is about the discussion of the application of unified analysis. Unified analysis is used to study the factors that affect in the decisions that consumers take to make purchases. Unified analysis is a statistical technique which is used in market research to determine how people assess various characteristics that make a product or service better than one product or another service. Marketing on the other hand deals with the identification of customer needs and the fulfillment of their desires and requirements, as well as finding the best ways for sending the product or service from the company to the consumer. Through this paper is clarified how to identify these requirements, how we classify some of them through the unified analysis, whether it is a measuring unified analysis of these characteristics or attributes of products and services, how and how much it provides accurate results of unified analysis of the survey data. For analyzing the attributes that products and services have and to know which of these are the most important of which push consumers to make a decision to purchase, in this paper for discussion is the concrete case "AAB University" which provides services, namely is to analyze why students choose to study in AAB. The reason for taking into consideration of this question is that "AAB University" since its establishment until now has been continuously growing the number of students. Through unified analysis is measured the students' opinion on the reasons for their choice of studies.

The television today has become one of the most powerful means of mass communication, it has become an everyday man’s need of our century. It directly affects human’s education, ethical and aesthetic formation. As a technical invention of the past century, television can be ranked among the most important communication means.
Advantages of the television compared to the radio and newspaper are that it affects the audience more strongly due to the fact that it is a visual-auditory communication mean. Its advantages compared to film and theater are that, unlike those two, the television goes to the audience’s homes, and as such, in today’s terms and furthermore in perspective it has a larger audience than the cinema and theater considered together.
Not everything broadcasted on the television is related to the artistic work. News, scientific and political conversations, information, have nothing in common with television arts.

Përdorimi i rrjeteve sociale nga ana e televizioneve rajonale në Kosovë
për informimin e publikut që ndodhet përtej rajoneve që u përkasin, është
tema e këtij punimi. Ndonëse në kuptimin klasik të fjalës, media lokale dhe
rajonale përfshinë interesin e lokalitetit dhe rajonit që mbulon, në ditët e
zhvillimeve të shpejta teknologjike, kjo duket se nuk ka kuptim. Mediat
lokale të licencuara pranë Komisionit të Pavarura për Media, emetojnë
program nëpërmjet rrjeteve kabllore duke mbuluar kështu hapësirë të gjerë të
territorit po aq sa mediat nacionale të cilat emetojnë edhe nëpërmjet rrjetit
tokësor. Zhvillimi i mediave lokale në përputhje me mundësitë online të
informimit është një proces tjetër, por që zhvillohet me hapa më të
ngadalshëm. Në këtë punim analizohet përmbajtja e lajmeve të postuara në
llogaritë e tri televizioneve rajonale në facebook si platformë më popullore
në Kosovë. Televizionet rajonale për të cilat bëhet analiza janë; TV Prizreni
dhe TV Opinion që mbulojnë rajonin e Prizrenit si dhe TV Tema në Ferizaj.
Nga metoda kualitative e hulumtimit rezulton se lajmet që prekin interesat e
banorëve lokalë dhe lajmet që për subjekt kanë aktivtetet e komunave
përkatëse përbëjnë kryefjalën e përmbajtjes. Por hapësirë gjejnë edhe lajmet
që kanë si burim informacioni të drejtpërdrejtë, drejtuesit e institucioneve
qendrore. Nga intervistat me drejtues të televizioneve, kuptohet se mediat
lokale nuk u kushtojnë shumë vëmendje shërbimeve online të informimit.
Kjo ndodhë për disa arsye, në plan të parë, vështirësitë financiare me të cilat
ballafaqohen, më pastaj edhe mungesa e burimeve njerëzore.

The purpose of this paper is to observe and analyse the geography of the news in the print media in Albania. Seven daily newspapers which represent four different types of print media will be studied for 30 days on news geography, according to five geographic levels. First, the continental news (Europe); second, Balkan news; third, national news; forth, regional news (county), and finally, local news. The analysis will be carried out in several areas simultaneously; first, for each geographic area the Information topics will be monitored based on the common structure of the Albanian print media; political, economic, social, cultural, art, daily news, etc.). Secondly, the genres through which the information is given (news, analysis / commentaries, reportages (feature), interviews) will be highlighted and it will be studied if the genre is defined depending on the country of the origin of information. The third aspect of the analysis will be the information source (the correspondent, information sent to the newsroom, media). And the last will be the monitoring of the news authorship for each geographical level where is being reported. The article will ascertain the relationship of the information based on the geographical concept, the reasons for the report and specifics of this reporting. The methodology to be used is that of the measurement and analysis of the product / information in the press, of course, based on the theoretical literature. For this study some daily newspapers published in Tirana will be chosen. From which, two daily newspapers that are official papers of the main political parties, respectively “Zëri i Popullit” and “Rilindja Demokratike”. Two self-declared independent media, respectively "55" and "Dita", a daily centre newspaper "Panorama" and a daily newspaper which is an extension of some other activities, "Mapo". The analysis will be quantitative and qualitative.
