Ndërsa Kosova synon anëtarësimin në Bashkimin Evropian (BE), strukturat e saj administrative – duke përfshirë gjyqësorin, shërbimet publike dhe kornizat e qeverisjes – janë duke kaluar nëpër transformime të rëndësishme për të përmbushur standardet e BE-së. Studimet identifikojnë sfidat kryesore si paqëndrueshmëria politike, korrupsioni, joefikasiteti institucional dhe kapacitetet e kufizuara brenda strukturave qeveritare, të cilat pengojnë progresin e reformave të Kosovës. Hulumtimet nënvizojnë nevojën për reforma administrative që nxisin transparencën, llogaridhënien dhe sundimin e ligjit, të cilat janë thelbësore si për integrimin në BE ashtu edhe për qeverisjen e qëndrueshme. Studimet trajtojnë gjithashtu çështje ligjore, institucionale dhe socio-ekonomike, duke përfshirë administrimin e taksave, investimet e huaja, sfidat e prokurimit publik, trafikimin e qenieve njerëzore dhe rolin e shoqërisë civile në luftën kundër ekstremizmit të dhunshëm. Duke ofruar një analizë të detajuar të progresit, pengesave dhe nevojave për reforma në Kosovë, këto studime kontribuojnë në diskursin mbi përpjekjet e vendit për anëtarësim në BE dhe konsolidimin e qeverisjes.
