<title>The understanding of English as lingua franca and its involvement in language education policies in Europe</title>
<link>https://dspace.aab-edu.net/handle/123456789/1162</link>
<description>The understanding of English as lingua franca and its involvement in language education policies in Europe
Arifi, Qatip
This material addresses a topic that has long been relevant in scientific circles. It is about the meaning or understanding of the use of English as Lingua Franca (ELF) and its role in the formation of language education policies in Europe, which in fact is creation of a multi-lingual individualism and a multilingual environment characterized by tolerance and respect for the different. The first part deals with the spread of English at a global level as a result of globalization, the development of information technologies and the need for lifelong learning and advancement. This concept speaks of Europe's educational language policies, where English domination is present. The purpose of the work is to present, based on a survey of relevant resources, the understanding of English as Lingua Franca in the formation of language education policies in Europe. Some authors believe that ELF's knowledge enables the largest movement of European citizens and participation in all public spheres, and that ELF can serve to promote other languages and cultures. However, in the Council of Europe it is thought that there is a lot of linguistic dominance. English language can jeopardize the desire of European language policies to create a multilingual society, where all languages are equally and equally valid.

<title>Locutions with value of numeral in the Albanian Language</title>
<link>https://dspace.aab-edu.net/handle/123456789/1161</link>
<description>Locutions with value of numeral in the Albanian Language
Xhaferi, Haredin
Locutions are the less studied units in Albanian language and in foreign languages. The object of this survey will be numeral locutions, a special group of locutions, for which little is spoken. Their treatment will be done on the method of analysis of the linguistic facts, extracted from the material collected for this purpose. The analysis will be done in the structural plan, as in the semantic plan they form a single set. Numeral locutions have a structure composed only of meaningful words or of meaningful words and of not meaningful words.The constituent elements have lost meaning and the whole structure has a single meaning. The locutions with two-word consist of a numeral and one of the words thousand, million, milliard etc. or by a name derived from an adjective with numeral backgrounds. Locutions formed by more than two words consist of three meaningful words (two numerals and the point or comma word) or by meaningful words and by not meaningful words. The linking of their elements is coordinated, subordinated or mixed. Regardless of the number and the morphological form of the elements, the whole structure functions as a single unit and has a complete meaning, indicates a certain amount tableware etc. The number of numeral locutions is many times greater than the number of the numerals and their structure is very varied. These locutions are present in the communication, not replacing the numerals and not being replaced by them. Their use is indispensable. This study will serve to distinguish these locutions as separate language units.

First, what is the highest possible level of demand for all products in which a certain amount of time is achieved? The answer can be found looking at the potential of the market intended for that product, the impact of design and marketing conditions in the external environment. Second, what level of sales can be expected, as a real indicator and its realization, with the special consideration which will have external factors and efforts in achieving marketing design. The authors of this paper will give details and explain the answer to this question, through assessment in improving the competitiveness and economic assessment of subjects for future sales. However, such an analysis and assessment of competitiveness will be processed through an open partnership which will indicate how sustainable development is achieved, which is the level of marketing efforts and the investment firms in future sales.&#13;
The authors determined the inter mediaries indicators and drivers of organizational demand through the competitive environment, where exports is seen as a diagnostic tool and driver, and as a future dimension of competitiveness, putting emphasis on domestic innovation, exports, imports, domestic investment, where productivity depends on three factors: the inherited wealth; the macroeconomic competitiveness and the microeconomic capability of business entities.
