<title>Biomechanic analysis on the slalom turn speed with top skiers</title>
<link>https://dspace.aab-edu.net/handle/123456789/68</link>
<description>Biomechanic analysis on the slalom turn speed with top skiers
Dujaka, Aziz; Metaj, Zenel
Skiing is accomplished under special racing conditions, including environment (tracks, trails), which has specific characteristics. Studying the techniques of alpine skiing is difficult to be realized under laboratory conditions, therefore the research should be accomplished in conditions that are defined by the environment or the race tracks. In order to determine the effectiveness of the slalom certain passages of tracks which differ in features in slalom races were selected. In order to have accurate recorded data that represents the slalom technique, speed was selected as the most important biomechanical parameter that characterizes the cinematic space of alpine skiing. With the analysis of the results and statistical processing, the conclusion is that the speed in given stages of the curve of slalom changes.

<title>The Approach of Local Firms towards E-Banking</title>
<link>https://dspace.aab-edu.net/handle/123456789/67</link>
<description>The Approach of Local Firms towards E-Banking
Abdullahu, Lorik; Mullatahiri, Vjosa; Podvorica, Ganimete
The Objective – This paper aims to identify the critical dominant incidents and key instigators that influence usage or lack of usage of e-banking by the business clients.&#13;
&#13;
Methodology/Approach – The research at hand utilizes the Grounded Theory of Barney Glaser and Anselm Strauss (1967). It also utilizes the Critical Incident Technique in order to identify the factors that influence on the (dies) satisfaction of the business clients in using the e-banking. For the purpose of this paper, the empirical data were gathered through interviews by using open ended questions. Among 63 interviews with the representatives of the small and medium enterprises (SME), nongovernmental organizations and other business organizations, 23 of those interviews were deemed as invalid for the purposes of this research, given that they declared that they do not use the e-banking.&#13;
&#13;
Findings – The empirical results highlight the need to raise the consciousness regarding the efficacy and the advantages that e-banking offers to small enterprises; on the other hand, many other enterprises cannot conceive the possibility of running their business without e-banking, given that in the past their personnel spent so much time in traffic, or waiting in line for hours in order to execute payments, or they had to carry large amounts of cash money and they were concerned in that process by the feeling of insecurity until they performed the delivery of such money.&#13;
&#13;
Limitations of research – The research is limited only to the description of one critical incident that occurred in a particular bank.  There are cases, however, when the business clients utilized the e-banking with several banks. In the future all these cases need to be identified and registered appropriately.&#13;
&#13;
The originality/value – The present findings form the basis for a more extended research in order to evaluate the satisfaction of the business clients with the service of e-banking and to offer further suggestions which a bank needs to follow in order to be successful in attracting and retaining the business clients.

<title>Terminology and generative concepts of the phrase</title>
<link>https://dspace.aab-edu.net/handle/123456789/66</link>
<description>Terminology and generative concepts of the phrase
Dushi, Orjeta
The aim of this research is the reflection of the semantic values of the generative terms and concepts in the Albanian language syntax. With the introduction of descriptive, comparative, and explanatory methods, and with the use of a rich literature in Albanian and foreign languages, I have achieved the following results:&#13;
&#13;
a) The classification of the sentences, based on the relation between main and subordinate clauses is made under these viewpoints:&#13;
I) The type of the relation that links the subordinate clause with the main one;&#13;
II) The form of the subordinate clause, which might be identical or different from the main clause;&#13;
III) The mood of the verb of the subordinate clause.&#13;
&#13;
b) Predicative units with functional terms accomplish parallel functions.&#13;
1) In the known European languages the theme is usually the subject, whereas the rema is the predicate. From the traditional point of view the subject of an active transitive sentence is the doer of the action, whereas the object is the aim. In the ergative construction languages, the syntactic characteristic of the case would determine both subject the noun and the “aim” of the intransitive sentence.&#13;
&#13;
2) The predicate complement is syntactically necessary for the accomplishment of the predicate structure (for this reason it is called “complement”).&#13;
&#13;
3) Based on the number of nominative units by which verbs are linked to form the core sentences we make a classification of verbs. It is through this classification that the distinction between the subject and the object is made possible. The actual models distinguish the different verb classes presuming the existence of a special functional category, SV of which is its complement. This category is marked as v. The thematic net of a particular lexical voice is a structure with predicates and arguments that are typical of the language analysis, which have been formulated based on contemporary approaches.&#13;
&#13;
The use of the aforementioned results introduces innovation in the linguistic and conceptual terminology of the generative syntax of Albanian language.

<title>Has science got a basic principle?</title>
<link>https://dspace.aab-edu.net/handle/123456789/65</link>
<description>Has science got a basic principle?
Abazi, Hajdin
The subject of this paper will be the attempts to find a basic principle of science from different philosophers of science. These resulted into novelties as well as new problems of perception, interpretation and approach to science, and its development.&#13;
&#13;
Although the science which constitutes the most obvious evidence of increased human knowledge, turned out to be a very complex phenomenon with many different challenges to be understood and explained, which is expressed through different theories of philosophy of science, which also express different approaches, but at the same time reflect its evolution.&#13;
&#13;
The novelties as well as epistemological problems, roughly speaking, can be summarized as follows:&#13;
&#13;
(i) the formulation of the basic principle of science – the principle of verifiability,&#13;
&#13;
(ii) the falsification as a guiding principle of science,&#13;
&#13;
(iii) the paradigms and their shift as main principle of development of science; and&#13;
&#13;
(iv) the controversial developments after Kuhn&#13;
&#13;
Yet, despite the success, there is still no epistemological theory, which would give answers to questions: whether there is any rational explanation of how the community of scientists sets, culminating in moments of scientific development, to change the paradigms.
