This paper deals with the assessment of internal integration of Prishtina, through the low mobility in two quarters of its major Dardania and Calabria as a case study. Such evaluation is done in order to measure the degree of urban sustainability, functionality and mobility. This is intended to reach to the conclusion that the indicator of mobility reflects rational spatial development planning for the city and its urban sustainability.&#13;
&#13;
An assessment of the mobility of one neighbourhood to another, access to downtown and other parts of the city, the level of risk, rational use of space, the level of integrated urban planning.

<summary type="text">Adaptive cognitive dimension and maladaptive behavioral dimension as motivating factors in school achievement

This research examines a multi-dimensional model of student motivation and engagement. Through this model, the levels of development of factors that reflect increased motivation (adaptive dimensions) and those that reflect reduced motivation (maladaptive dimensions) among students are understood.&#13;
&#13;
The research was completed using the survey method, with student self-reporting answers in questionnaires on studied variables in their grades in schools. Research age group for this study was 200 students of Grades 10, 11 and 12 from public upper secondary school “Sami Frashëri” and students of private upper secondary school “Luarasi” in Prishtina. Selection of this sample utilized convenience method. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical package for social sciences.&#13;
&#13;
The study found that adaptive cognitive dimension has positive effects on student school achievement and that maladaptive behavioral dimension has negative effects. The research also found that these two factors are significant in student achievement for this age group.&#13;
&#13;
The research may serve as a good orientation base for explaining the complex nature of relations of various factors with school achievement.&#13;
&#13;
The purpose of this research is to understand that both motivational factors (protecting factors) and demotivating factors (risk factors) are important for student school achievement. Another purpose is to understand levels of development of factors that reflect increased motivation and those that reflect reduced motivation.

The 21st century requires serious efforts to rethink, broaden, and fully embrace the notion of adult education. Adult education ought to ensure people’s access to knowledge and learning throughout their lives and thus create possibilities to enjoy cultural, social and economic development. Nowadays, adults face many unique challenges from the development of technology and science to the demands of an increased rapid social life. Therefore, the purpose in writing this paper was to better understand the importance of adult education for all: individuals, organizations, and societies including Kosovo society. This paper considers the adult education challenges that Kosovo faces as a society in transition.             &#13;

Every year, thousands of graduates enter the job market. They face a number of challenges such as trying to adapt to new environments, learning to perform new skills, and working to establish a professional identity and career goals. With the rapid rate of change in today’s workplace, there has come an increasing need to establish innovative ways to prepare employees to meet these challenges. For example, the explosion in the field of knowledge and information technology demands that workers be willing and able to learn new skills and approaches. Employees are required to learn continuously in the workplace to ensure their continued competitiveness. Many organizations have been encouraging further learning, both formal and informal to help both the organization and its members face the rapid rate of change. These types of learning are becoming a major force in the initial and ongoing education of today’s employees[1]. &#13;

Therefore, the importance of Adult Education for the overall economic, social, and cultural development of our society has become a priority and a key issue.

<title>The Media Influence on Albanian Society</title>

<summary type="text">The Media Influence on Albanian Society

The focus of this study is the relation of media with the audiences in Albania and Kosova. The study further aims to analyze the relations of television media, as a means of mass-communication with the public, observing above all their tendency to transform television into a control tool, namely to influence the path of creating independent judgments. The talk show type programs present in Tirana media will be treated as shows simulanously serving to initiate the public defense of powerful people. This claim shall be followed by the attempt to answer the questions: is the tendency to win the “public battle” one of imposing “the indisputable truth” to the audiences? What is the media impact on them and what transformation do media undergo as a result of the mediatization of society? What is the relation between them and what is their mutual refusal or impact? Does the Albanian spectacle present the current situation in Albanian society or is it an unrealistic portrayal of made-up images? Beyond this, other TV media from the Albanian environment will be treated, together with their impact in shaping the public opinion. Televisions in Kosova will be treated as being in apathy with regards to spectacular talk-shows, and dominated by political tendencies which predominate the cultural discourse. TV opinionism comprises another characteristic of the “Albanian spectacle” which will be in the focus of this study. Does this opinionism constitute a media mechanism to spectacularize the public, or does it comprise, together with the media itself, an instrument in the hand of “power” to control and construct the society? Special phenomena characteristic for the Albanian media in Albania (and its impact on the society), will be contrasted and compared to special phenomena of the media in Kosova (together with their impact). The relation of television with the public opinion in Albania and the tendency to “spectacularize” the society through presenting public judgments will be in the core of the research; while in Kosova the tendency to develop controlled media through information control shall be looked into closely.
